  Rented a van so our out of town family & my family could comfortably drive out of state to visit more family members.😄 Smooth process. The agents here are always professional & friendly. In fact, when we returned the car, the female agent asked if we had remembered to get everything personal out, including chargers, sunnies, etc. We said, Yes. 5 minutes later she found two of our personal items.😅 So grateful! Will definitely rent here again.

  Great customer service by the female front desk agent with long hair (braids). She found the multitude of items I’d left in the car 😂🫶. She smiled, too, which is always nice! The vehicle was fantastic! Very clean with leather seats and easy to drive. Thanks again to your awesome Enterprise employee!

  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Enterprise after recently moving to Georgia. I arrived fully prepared with an out-of-state license along with documentation that their own policy states is acceptable, including a lease agreement and utility bill. Despite this, I was abruptly denied service and told I could not rent a vehicle due to my out-of-state license. The interaction was handled in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, with no attempt to properly review or explain alternatives. I was left standing outside with my luggage, which significantly disrupted my travel plans. This experience reflects poorly on customer service consistency and policy enforcement. Based on how this situation was handled, I will not be renting from Enterprise again

  This enterprise is trash. I had to travel for work for two weeks straight got a rental from them twice asked them to have someone come pick me up at 10AM and they dropped the ball BOTH times. Mind you I literally live 5 minutes away. Do better !
