  Throughout my rental process, the staff was very helpful. I was in a rental because my car was being repaired after an accident. They kept me updated and answered all my questions about my rental.

  After having a horrible experience at the Marietta location on 41 i came to this location and meet two young men who understood and my need as a customer and assist with top tier service. I wish I would've meet these young guys first.

  Michelle and Antoinette are the best in the business! If you are lucky enough to work with either of these ladies, you will drive away very happy! Best location out there with plenty of options.

  Rented a van three months or more in advance, called to add the type of van needed to the notes, received confirmation the day before and double-checked everything. When I got there, the van was not there; they had the wrong van. The manager drove to Canton, and I waited in my car for two hours for the van. While traveling, I noticed the van lacked a rear-view mirror. Trusting a 13-year-old to help switch lanes on the way to Florida with a van full of children. I tried to swap the van, but there wasn't enough inventory. There is no support for local branches. Despite several attempts, the local branch has not returned my call. Enterprise only deducted $250 from the rental. Enterprise ruined my vacation. Nothing about this experience was positive, and I have been a loyal renter for over ten years. Driving 6 hours away with no rearview mirror was extremely scary. We did not feel safe while driving this van. I am still very disappointed. I left another message asking management to return my call. I have yet to hear from anyone. Do not rent here. Enterprise has failed me and my family and ruined our vacation.
