I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, but my experience in the process was great. i came out and checked out some of their pre owned vehicles. Ben assisted me in this process and even ensured i was able to get a PPI at the auto shop i’ve always gone to (almost 40 minutes away). He rode with my mom to take the vehicle to be inspected, as well as sat there with her while it was being inspected while i was at work all day. While the PPI didn’t come back how i would’ve liked it to, it was at no fault of the dealership. Ben was transparent about any questions i asked and had no control over what came up in the PPI (accident that wasn’t on carfax and had previously been repaired by another owner outside of insurance). All in all, i would recommend at least checking things out here. everyone in the building has a great energy and nothing about this place felt shady or like they conduct bad business. One thing to keep in mind is they do have some high dealership fees, but they were willing to negotiate the price of the car to compensate that.

Do not and I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM! I purchase a 2022 Kia stinger on 4/25 and the car put me DOWN on 4/27. I took It straight to the KIA dealership in Montgomery Al (near my home) and to my surprise it was a $5000 fix (alternator) they didn’t disclose that in the (INSPECTION) they claim was done on the vehicle and the warranty that I purchased for $4500 is still not ACTIVATED! So my car has been sitting at SONS OF KIA MONTGOMERY SINCE THE 27th of APRIL! I’m pissed! THE GSM Gustavo is very rude and not helpful. He rushes you off the phone and DO NOT HELP YOU. No way I purchased a car and 3 days later it puts me down. Remind you I put $10,000 cash money down! The alternator labor is mostly the cost bc the motor has to be dropped in order to get to the alternator! Understand my frustration. Also the rear view mirror black thing around it was broken and they assured me it would be overnighted to me and it just snaps in and here it is 5/7 and I still Have yet to receive it as well. Chris was my salesperson!

Wish I could add ZERO stars. purchased a car in Georgia, as a resident of North Carolina, which was the worst decision I could have made and the WORST experience I have EVER had. To put in context, I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime with the last several years being new cars, so I am not new to the car buying experience. I was initially apprehensive of purchasing a used vehicle from out of state, but decided to go ahead with it anyway. First, everyone I encountered displayed a lack of professionalism and communication. Second, because I was purchasing the vehicle site unseen I asked the sales person specifically about fading panels etc. he stated that everything looked good and no fading… WRONG! I received the car, and all outside panels are fading! Third, it took forever to receive the car and I received it at 12 midnight. The last issue is the largest of them all…the drivers side door DOES NOT open from the outside even with the physical key!! The truck driver who delivered was not able to open the door from the outside, and neither was I! I am only able to open it from inside, going through the passenger door or reaching from the back door to open. This was DEFINITELY not mentioned prior to my purchase! Who wants to spend almost $30000 on a car that you can’t get into normally?! To willfully omit that fact is very deceitful. It was useless for him to say he does NOT receive commission he should have just told the truth, that he was a sleazy car salesman and needed to sale the car at all cost! At least then I would have expected some additional issues and made an informed decision NOT to purchase from him and Carvilla! I have never dealt with anyone as unethical as he and the business, Now I have to get in on the passenger side of the car until I get it repaired. I have reached out, and have not received a response! So buyer BEWARE, And a note to self, NEVER take the word of a salesman, NEVER purchase a vehicle site unseen, and NEVER deal with Carvilla again.
Not a fan. Spent a week negotiating a fair price, because the car was listed for $15,200 for a 2013 4runner limited with 182k miles. They said walkout price is $18,600….. $3400 in fees? Crazy work. They kept saying “one price dealership.” However it’s listed for $15,200 on one website, $18k on another, and it shows the listing has been reduced by $100 consistently each week. Doesn’t sound like “one price” to me…. So they agreed to lower the price to $17k walkout. Which felt fair to me. I agreed to come on Friday. Naturally- I wanted a mechanic to check it out first. They said I can only take it to Toyota on Barrett Parkway. I called this specific Toyota and they told me they don’t do pre-purchase inspections!!! The only other option is to bring my mechanic to Carvilla, who works at his shop during business hours. I said screw it, I’ll buy the car anyways. Told them I’ll be there Friday at 12pm. I called to tell them I’m on the way, I’ll be there an 12pm, and they tell me the car just sold……….
I felt this behavior was shady / scammy through and through. Anywaaaaaayysssss I did get a 2016 4runner Limited with only 157k miles FOR THE SAME PRICE from a much more reliable resource.
My point being- trust your gut. Follow your best instinct. It was a blessing I did not purchase a lesser quality car from here for the same price I paid on a better one. But do what you feel is right having this information in mind

Bought a Car 500 Miles Away, and It Was Delivered to My Door—the future of car shopping.
I was casually browsing online and found a good deal at Carvilla out of Kennesaw, GA. They promise a fully online buying experience with in-store pickup or home delivery, backed by a money-back guarantee.
Being in New Orleans, LA, I completed the entire purchase remotely via phone, text, email, and video. Jordan Canada guided me through the whole process and was great. A couple of issues came up along the way — for example, the buyer's order included an extended warranty I didn't want (always check your paperwork!) — but Jordan corrected the mistake. He also explained some of the dealer fees.
I also shopped around for financing and was pleasantly surprised that Carvilla's rate was the most competitive.
Once everything was signed, 10 days later, my car was delivered to my front door exactly as described and shown in the videos — just two days later.
This was my first time buying a car online. The process was long; it took about 15 days, and I had real reservations going in. Jordan was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. My one suggestion to Carvilla: create a step-by-step guide outlining the online purchase process so buyers always know what stage they're at — it would go a long way in easing anxiety for first-timers.
Overall, an ok experience. I would absolutely buy from Carvilla again and highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle online. As for Jordan Canada.
