  I have had a horrible experience with this company from the start. They had me there all night after I had given my information ahead of time. All of that was understandable. Fast forward I live in Alabama so they had to collect the taxes at the dealership they over taxed me by almost $500 and have yet to receive my refund after numerous calls and emails. Do not buy from them. Complaint filed with the BBB

  Tip for the management of Carvilla. In the same way that you need gas in a ICE vehicle, or food when running a restaurant. When selling EV's make sure the EV is charged and drivable. Don't waste potential customers time. This was not one vehicle, multiple EV's I sat in required maintenance and/or charging.

  We want to personally thank Jackson for making this process quick , easy and straightforward. (Even though someone beat me to buying the car of my dreams😂) this car has been a GREAT Investment and I look forward to my family adventures in it and coming back to purchase more vehicles in the near future!!!!   I would like to preface this review with my experience was a rollercoaster but overall the boss had my issues resolved. Honor, Courage, Commitment. These are core values that have been instilled in me from my time inservice. The owner of this establishment has displayed that, not only does he honor his business, but he honors and values his customer's opinion and feedback. This tells me about the foundation of what his character is built on. Courage, he had the courage to call me, after a negative review. He had the courage to take the hit on the chin and get back up. He was willing to accept his companys ball drop and make it right no matter the cost. That takes a lot of courage to to admit a wrong and correct it from the ground up. Not only is that respectable, but that is also admirable. Commitment to service. My guy made a committment to service to get my vehicle to me tonight, before I have to get my day started. He followed through on that promise and made it happen no matter the risks. Bossman, You corrected a wrong immediately and I wish many blessings upon you and your family and all your ventures.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an AMAZING experience purchasing my 2021 Cadillac CT5 Sport from Carvilla! 🚘✨ Mr. Peacock was my salesman, and when I told him exactly what I wanted, he came through with everything! He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I ws actually on vacation when I purchased the car, and when we returned home, all I had to do was sign a few papers and pick up my beautiful new ride!
