I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my experience after purchasing a vehicle from your dealership on June 13, 2026. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had.
From the beginning, my husband had concerns about this dealership and although we considered leaving, I had seen a vehicle on the website that I really liked, so we decided to stay. After they had me waiting for more than five hours at I started completing the paperwork and signed all required documents, and paid the amount we were told was due.
Approximately three weeks later, I received a phone call stating that the company had made a mistake by entering the wrong home address into your system and that I now owed an additional $1,200 to get my tags. Since then, I have received multiple phone calls from different employees, each providing a different explanation. One person claimed the wrong address had been entered, while another blamed a system glitch.
The problem is that I carefully reviewed every document before signing, and my home address was listed correctly on all of the paperwork. The final contract reflected the agreed-upon terms, and everything appeared to be accurate when we left the dealership. It is difficult to understand why I am now being asked to pay an additional $1,200 because of what appears to be an internal error by their company.
In addition to the billing issue, I have been disappointed by the way we have been treated. My husband and I have remained respectful throughout this entire process, yet we have received phone calls that have been unprofessional and disrespectful.
During our visit, my husband asked one of your salesmen why the dealership had so many negative customer reviews. He responded that the reviews were mostly from people who were upset because they were not approved for financing. Based on our experience, I now believe there are many other reasons customers have left negative reviews.
I feel misled, frustrated, and extremely disappointed. No customer should have to deal with conflicting information, unexpected demands for additional money after signing a contract, or disrespectful treatment. This entire situation has caused unnecessary stress and has made me question the integrity of the dealership.
Please don’t buy from this dealership because the don’t care anything about their customers and concerns and only want your money. The company is a big SCAM. Please don’t waste your money and read the reviews and do your research first before buying.

This has been the most frustrating experience of my life! If you’re a veteran, avoid purchasing from this dealership at all cost! The staff will ignore you and then delay any refunds that are due to you. I purchased a vehicle March 2026, it is now July without so much as acknowledgement from the parties responsible for this frustrating process! Again, if you’re a veteran DO NOT shop here!
I am very disappointed with my overall experience with this dealership and the lack of support after purchasing a vehicle from them.
I bought a car only to have the transmission fail about a month and a half later. A major issue like this should not happen so soon after purchase, especially after trusting that the vehicle was properly inspected and sold in good condition.
Since then, my car has been in the shop for about 3 weeks, and I am being told the repair could take another 45–60 days, possibly longer. Despite this, I have received little to no real assistance during this entire process.
To make matters worse, I was not offered a loaner vehicle. The extended warranty they provided only covers a 10-day rental, which has already expired, leaving me without transportation for what is now a long-term repair that I did not cause or expect.
It is extremely frustrating to be left in this situation with no meaningful support while still being responsible for a vehicle that is undriveable due to a major mechanical failure so soon after purchase. At a minimum, there should be better accommodations such as extended rental coverage or a loaner vehicle when repairs take this long.
I trusted this dealership, but based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to be very careful and make sure everything is clearly understood before purchasing or relying on any warranty promises THEY SALE LEMONS
