Very thankful for Aaron at Mavis! I came in for what I thought would be one new tire and ended up finding out that I needed a couple of extra due to dry rot from some bad tires from another place. They checked my alignment and brakes for free to give me some peace of mind and was very entertaining while I was waiting for my repairs. Will be coming back here for my next oil change for sure!

I had an alignment done here about 15 days ago, and ever since then I've been hearing a noise coming from the steering wheel. Since the work is still under warranty, I called the store to have them inspect it.
The receptionist with the long beard told me I could come in, but when I asked if they could actually check the car, he suddenly said, "I'm sorry, we don't have any mechanics until Tuesday."
That made no sense to me. If the shop is open, why are you telling customers you don't have a mechanic for several days? I even asked him again to confirm: "So you're not taking any vehicles until Tuesday because you don't have a mechanic?" He replied, "Yes."
To verify, I called back from a different phone number and asked to book a regular appointment without mentioning my warranty issue. Surprisingly, he immediately offered me an appointment. That clearly shows I was given false information the first time.
This is a very disappointing way to treat customers. Instead of honoring a warranty inspection, I felt like I was being misled. Being honest with customers is the bare minimum, and this experience has made me lose trust in this location.

My tractor front tire had came off the rim and I needed a new valve steam. I went to my tire company that I use up the road from my home. I asked if they could fix this tractor tire and the Manager said yes we can her shop Forman took it back and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes.And thay didn't even charge me anything. And on a Sunday.
