Worst Experience ever, never, ever again will we go to Mavis, Kathleen! Can you tell me how you buy tires from here and then go to get them filled back up and there is no pump that regulates the poundage!!!! Not only were my new tires 3 months ago over filled to 55 and could have exploded, but now they cannot even fill them! Who is working here!!!!

Visited Team Mavis of Lake Joy rd, where asst. mgr, Shawna was exceptional in walking me through the special order for my 50th Anniversary Corvette tires. Robert was excellent in handling the full replacement, mounting without a single scratch and expert alignment. I had my rear rotors/pads replaced by Mavis because I was in a rush and didn't want to mess with adjusting the emergency brake myself. No more than a month after having them replaced they started badly squealing when lightly hitting the brakes. I took my truck back up there and was told they'd have to charge me labor just to pull them off to look at them because I supplied my own pads and rotors (brand new in the box from Oreillys). I said nevermind and went home and pulled it apart myself.
There was ZERO brake lube/grease on the pad ears, clips, and pins. The new metal clips that came with the new pads were obviously not even used, the clips were extremely worn out looking and one even had a bent tab. Also, one of the pads was completely missing the shim. I find it hard to believe it came like that out of the box, but if it did wouldn't you think something would be said at the time of install? So zero lube/grease used, clips weren't replaced, and shims were missing.
What a complete joke. I highly recommend staying away from this place, their mechanics are either lazy or have no clue what they are doing. Pictures included for proof, these are after I tried cleaning them up.
