- TCTunnie CatoMay 12, 20261.0I would prefer if they waited to criticize you or your preferences until you leave, specifically mentioning the man D who worked today at 9:30 am. It makes me personally uncomfortable to have to pay for a service while the technician engages in inappropriate conversations. Firstly, it’s unprofessional, and secondly, it’s downright rude. I simply requested an oil change without mentioning the filter or a light check. Then, I heard, “I hate when customers say that. Oh, you have a new car, so you don’t want this, that, or the third.” Not only are you talking about a customers where you can be heard but then have the nerve to have a trainee. So you’re teaching them that things like this is ok. Dreya wasn’t involved in the conversation, but she was still rude in my face. Overall, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon because I don’t like spending money in an uncomfortable environment.

Service was quick, btw they checked all of my fluids, my tire pressure, and even top me off on fluids they I was low on. I always enjoi the service provided each time I go here.
