  Great customer service. I made it at 6:10 PM location closes at 7 PM and I had no problem on getting my oil change at the last minute. Very knowledgeable of all said and recommended for the car service.

  Damon is wonderfully trained and very nice to the customers. He also is a great marketing genius who explains every service while offering lol. He’s changed my oil every visit!

  Applied my $30 off coupon!! Amazing service. Became aware about additional information about my car! Adriana was my service provider and started my oil change, she made my experience great today. Oil changed and top break light changed!

  There's a guy named Damon that works there in Jonesboro is it dark skin heavyset fella he broke my interior filter and refused to replace it and walked away and started working on other cars. He never returned to my car to even get his tools. I thought it was real rude and disrespectful to a customer that keeps him employed. He never apologized he just enforce the fact that he was not replacing it even though he said he yanked it out, because it was difficult to get it out.

  I’ve been coming here for years. Skipped for a few years and back again with a different car. Giovanni was apologetic for the long wait. Greeted me with a smile on his face! I was the last customer at closing time. Typically everyone would love to go home especially when they are understaffed as he mentioned that him & his coworker managed the busy day very well & he proceeded with making sure my lights all worked and even sold me on changing both of my air filters. I am appreciative due to the fact I have been smelling bad air for 2 weeks from the vent. He asked for permission to check my air filters, showed me how awful and dirty they looked and went out of his way to find the filters for my NISSAN. Oil changed done by his coworker & showed me a perfectly clear oil. Like I’ve mentioned, typically everyone wouldn’t go the extra mile past their working hours especially when had a long tiring day! They finished with me at 7:45pm. I stayed in the parking lot to give this review because let’s be honest, no one really take their time once leaving a business to do reviews UNLESS GETTING A FREE ITEM IN RETURN. I noticed the staff left right at 8pm. I’m still at the lot finishing this review as they truly deserve AN OUTSTANDING FEEDBACK! What a pleasant two man team! Thank you! I truly forgot how heartwarming it is to pay for service & not felt judge of what car I drive, what card Ill use to pay & how well I maintain my own vehicle inside out! I wish Giovanni a great future in your company! Please don’t overlook this young man! Successful employees starts with the employer!
