  I would leave zero stars if i could. Please if you want your vehicle to last. I'd stay so far away from this place. I visited this location on 7/29/26 to get an oil change mind you my truck doesnt have any issues. So the guy says I don't think we have enough of the oil that your truck uses, I say okay we will go elsewhere. So another guy says we have enough. As the guy was changing the oil. A guy under the vehicle had to plug the oil filter/plug up so the car wouldn't lose oil. The guy that was under car had oil all over him due to failing to properly reinstall the drain plug, so the other guy acted as if he filled the oil back up. When we started the truck it sound kinda weird so we went straight home. We thought the sound was coming from the oil pressure. So next day 7/30 we get our day started we got a few miles from the house and the car was losing power like it was about to cutoff. It was making all kind of crazy sounds that it wasn't before, so we pulled up to the nearest shop. The shop initially suspected it to be the timing chain, but we were informed by the shop on 8.26.26 the timing chain wasn't the problem and the engine is the issue due to no oil. Mind you this location did an oil change on 7.29.26 and went in shop the next morning 7.30.26. My vehicle has been in the shop every since the 7.30.26 the day after the oil change. The auto shop also saw metel pieces in the oil pan, which there should have been clean oil. So due to this business not putting oil in my truck has caused my engine to blow. Now there is a bigger problem. I've never had any issues wrong with my truck until taking it to these people who has ruin my truck. This is unacceptable and other actions will be taken into place. This place is responsible for my engine. I paid for an oil change and they failed to put oil in my truck. Like he said he didnt have enough oil to do the oil changed then lied and said they did and has ruined my engine. Now im out of bigger repair cost when i could have went to a shop that has workers that knows what they are doing. I will seek legal actions on this matter.

  Had a great experience with Jiovanni today. He got me in and out for work, and also kept me informed on what needs to be done on the car. They also took the oil that I pre-bought with no fuss. Thanks yall

  So i am here for a battery, transmission flush and radiator service. I found my friend Bryan. He remembered me. He is truly a blessing. He is the best. He needs a raise!!! Then there jiovani. He just told me he made manager. He was so kind and talked me thru everything. And young🤣🤣🤣 but thats ok. Darrien was changing oil and putting in windshield wipers. You guys have a great crew over here

  I went to Valvoline for a simple oil change. When they finished and told me to start my car, my car had no power and would not start. Of course I became concerned because I came in with a running vehicle and only asked for an oil change. When the manager came over, he asked if I was pressing the brake. I told him yes. He then made the disrespectful comment, “Most people don’t know how to operate their own car.” That was completely unnecessary. I know how to operate my own vehicle. He then asked to get into my car, came across hostile, and slammed my door hard. The car eventually started, but his attitude and customer service were unacceptable. Afterwards, one of his coworkers mentioned that he had just been having a bad day. His name is Jiovani (carrot top). I have been coming to this location for years, and the coworker explained that he seemed more upset because the crew had called him over while he was sitting in his car. I observed that when they called him over, he was already in a hot environment with the thermostat showing around 94 degrees inside, and being pulled away in those conditions can understandably add stress. I was also told he was likely already on his way out, which may have contributed to his frustration. Even with that explanation, when a customer is already worried because their vehicle suddenly will not start after being serviced, the manager should communicate professionally and help calm the situation. Talking down to the customer and handling their vehicle aggressively is not acceptable. The rest of the crew was nice and professional, so my complaint is specifically about Jiovani and how he handled the situation. After coming to this location for years, this experience was enough for me. I will not be back.
