- WJwillie jonesJul 1, 20261.0Hey, so this review is nothing against current staff at Tommy's, they are great. But whoever is at the corporate needs to make it fair for Pickup Trucks. Today I had to completely cancel my Carwash Subscription. Because for the past few years this Carwash has allowed me to come through the car wash with my Pickup truck. In the bed of my pickup truck are two vehicles jacks that are completely tied down and extremely heavy. The Carwash Blowers are not powerful enough too pickup these two jacks do to the weight. So in the past this has not been an issue. But I need for Tommys Corporate Office to get these rules together. Because it's not fair, I did empty the bed of my truck any loose items that could be lifted up by the car wash equipment. Now today I honestly had to cancel my subscription to a good carwash. This is the only good carwash in the area. The people down the street by Quik Trip don't get my truck as clean. And also my truck fully fits inside of the cashwash with no issues. But now I have to find a good replacement and equivalent. These others car washes are trash compared to Tommys. But now, I have to say Deuce's because of corporate rules.

Love, love, love the exterior wash but, every time I visit an hour or less prior to closing, vacuum pressure decreases to barely any suction... across all of the units on the right (don't know about the left side because it is always blocked off). $50 bucks a month should pay for continous suction on apparatus that does so for a living #ijs
