went to Grease Monkey to get my oil changed, and the technician failed to properly secure the screws on my car’s splash shield. As soon as I got on the freeway, the splash shield broke because it had not been secured correctly.
I immediately returned to the shop to report the issue. The technician apologized for not doing the job correctly and said he was going to screw everything back in the right way. However, the shop refused to take responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle.
To make matters worse, the employee I spoke with claimed to be the manager, and then he said he wasn’t . He was extremely rude, repeatedly told us to leave, and refused to handle the situation professionally. I returned to the shop immediately after the incident because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address the problem, but instead of receiving help, I was treated disrespectfully and essentially kicked out.

Shacir, Nick, and Jaylon made me feel like we were brothers. They were very patient, professional, and definitely informative. They answered all my questions about my car. If you need an oil change or anything, bring it to this Grease Monkey. You're in and out.

Associate was extremely rude, asked him to check my tire pressure and he says he doesn’t feel like it and he’s on medication’s. Then he threw his arms in the air, checked my tires and slammed the air pump back into its place and went into the office without saying anything horrible experience. If you don’t feel good don’t come to work.

Don’t go here ever! The new manager is extremely rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. You talking and guiding my car in then tells me I’m going to need you to pay attention! If you hate working in customer service, find another job! You have lost a loyal customer. Please do better with the hiring process moving forward and stop hiring people off the street with no professional background
