I recently had an issue with my wheel studs after bringing my car to another shop for a tire rotation. Since Mavis originally installed my tires, I brought the car back to the Alpharetta location to have the situation looked at. There was some disagreement about who was responsible for the broken studs, since they broke while the other shop was removing the wheels, and honestly, the whole situation was pretty frustrating.
That being said, Ernesto, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to listen to our concerns, work with us, and ultimately we were able to come to an agreement that worked for everyone.
I really appreciate Ernesto’s professionalism and willingness to help resolve what was admittedly a frustrating situation. Thank you, Ernesto, for taking the time to work with us and make the experience a little easier!
