After the tire-pressure warning light came on I saw that I had a screw in the driver’s side rear tire of my Mazda CX-5, and it was slowly losing air. I took it to Mavis Tires & Brakes on State Bridge Road in Alpharetta.
Katrena helped me and explained that the repair (patch) would cost about $40. I left my keys and walked over to Publix while they worked on the tire. About 20 minutes later, the repair was complete and they kindly told me there was no charge.
I’m not sure whether they normally offer tire patches for free, but I truly appreciated their generosity and excellent customer service. The tire has held its air perfectly ever since. Thank you to Katrena and the entire Mavis team for doing such a great job!

Had an amazing experience with Wayne & Ernesto. My tire pressure light kept coming on so I kept adding air but it would not go off.Turns out all tires were 'over inflated' which was extremely dangerous. They adjusted everything at no cost & potentially avoided a dangerous situation, Thank you guys.
