I stopped by during my lunch break from work to get a nail removed from my tire, and I was honestly impressed by how fast and friendly the service was.
I had always gone to Discount Tire before, so I didn’t even realize that tire repairs usually come with a charge. Since I have AutoNation’s tire protection plan, I tried to file a claim, but getting through on the phone was taking forever.
While I was waiting, the manager told me not to worry about it and said I could just go. I felt bad because I didn’t want them to do the work for free, so I offered to keep waiting or pay something. Instead, the manager smiled and said, “Today’s repair is on us. Just come back next time you need a tire repair or replacement.”
That was easily one of the kindest customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They earned a loyal customer today, and I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Ernesto and Katrena at the State Bridge location in Johns Creek! I came in during my lunch break with a long screw in my tire that was causing a leak. After inspecting my vehicle, they pointed out that my tires were also getting low on tread and explained my options without any pressure.
Ernesto was awesome to work with. He was understanding of my budget, took the time to explain everything, and worked hard to get me a terrific deal on a full set of four tires. I really appreciated his honesty and empathy regarding my finances.
Katrena went above and beyond with her customer service. Since I needed to get back to work, she graciously drove me back to the office while they worked on my car. She also kept me updated throughout the entire process with phone calls, which gave me great peace of mind.
The whole experience was smooth and professional,. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers the way Ernesto and Katrena do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest service, great prices, and exceptional customer care!

Earnesto and his team were helpful and accommodating. However, the front end alignment was not done correctly. Katrina was also very nice and friendly. Will be coming back again once refund is issued due to overcharging for labor fees and just because fees that he said he wouldn’t charge for.
