  Broke down on my way back to Virginia from Atlanta. Was recommended Spikes from a gentleman at the gas station I was broke down at. Could not be any happier with the service they provided me. They replaced my alternator that day and had me back on the road to Virginia. Alexis and Jeff were awesome! Would highly recommend Spikes for any of your automotive needs!

  I took my wife’s car in because it had bad rear axle seals and they did a fantastic job with it. Everyone at the shop was super nice and were quick to answer any questions we had. The car is driving great and we will definitely be bringing our other vehicles here in the future when they need to be worked on.

  I had to get my VW towed to Spike’s and though I had never used them before, I am glad I found them. From the start, the staff was very friendly and professional. They kept me updated with the repairs and what it would cost before any work was completed. The I will be taking my car to them from now on and I totally recommend them to anyone that wants service that can be trusted.

  I’ve been here twice now and both times I have gotten the impression they’re honest people. Not once have I brought my truck in and gotten unnecessary repair recommendations, only a few mileage based maintenance recommendations which fall in line with everything I have read. Had a sensor go bad and they could’ve basically told me anything needed to be replaced but it was only the sensor and that’s ALL they recommended. They didn’t even make it sound urgent, they just said this sensor is a known issue with my vehicle. I had it replaced anyway because sensors are important but here’s where things went from good to great. I would have to leave my truck with them for the afternoon, I said I’ll get an uber while I wait, they take customer service seriously though so instead of getting an uber they had someone drive me him and pick me up later! What?! How many shops do this? Even dealerships don’t do this from my experience. 10/10 service, 10/10 people (everyone was so nice) and the prices seemed good, especially my oil change (they seem to always have some kind of special going on with oil changes) no unnecessary recommended repairs and they all speak about the owner of the shop with a type of respect that’s surprising. The owner sounds like he genuinely wants to run a customer first business. Will be back!

  Recently purchased a European vehicle. Contacted a few local repair shops but Spike's was the only shop that step up immediately. They are professional, did a thorough inspection and gave me an estimate only for want was needed. No add-ons or up selling. I highly recommend this establishment and they earned another faithful customer!
