  I was in autozone couple of weeks ago to buy a spark plug for my boyfriend and I wasn’t sure if I had the right one so I asked the store manager for help and she was very rude very unprofessional and when I had walked in the store she was making very inappropriate jokes with other co workers. I have gone to autozone multiple times and I have never seen this amount of unprofessional. AutoZone you should rethink you’re store manager at autozone in Jefferson

  The old Hispanic lady is always hostile when I visit this location. Whether it’s looking up parts or dealing with customers, her general attitude is poor. Today they were backed up with customers. I went to dispose of used engine oil and she stopped everything she was doing to tell me if there was anything in it I would be fined. Lady needs some counseling or anger management training from the higher ups if she is going to be working with people. She needs to be put on a delivery truck where there is little interaction with human beings. Save your time and visit either of the Commerce locations if you want a friendlier staff and experience.

  I want to give a 5 star review to y'alls CSM I stop there yesterday with a problem on my car Michael came out looked at for me and showed me the right parts I need and how to replace them too he very very knowledgeable on cars y'all got one of the best AutoZone I have ever met great guy got me my car fixed for me

  I recently visited AutoZone and had a mixed experience. The male employee who assisted me was very helpful, professional, and provided great customer service—I truly appreciated his attitude and willingness to help. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of another employee named Samantha. While I was in the store, I witnessed her being extremely rude and impatient toward a young boy who was simply looking at a flashlight. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate and uncalled for, especially considering the situation. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service should be respectful and considerate to everyone, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in her behavior. I hope management addresses this, as it impacts the overall experience of the store
