    Clean store. Limited selection. Friendly staff, but they move like sloths 🦥 🙄. They would be ok in a pinch... maybe. Lol.

    I recently visited AutoZone and had a mixed experience. The male employee who assisted me was very helpful, professional, and provided great customer service—I truly appreciated his attitude and willingness to help. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of another employee named Samantha. While I was in the store, I witnessed her being extremely rude and impatient toward a young boy who was simply looking at a flashlight. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate and uncalled for, especially considering the situation. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service should be respectful and considerate to everyone, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in her behavior. I hope management addresses this, as it impacts the overall experience of the store

    Would like to say that the CSM Mike was wonderful yesterday he was very helpful with me on getting my car fixed up right we talked about what was going on with he pointed me in the right track and what parts and tools I would need my car is back running on the road today what nice and wonderful guy y'all have there keep him
