I went there to buy a can of refrigerant to recharge my car’s A/C and asked the employee several questions about how to use it correctly. His response was simply, “I don’t know,” without making any effort to help or explain anything. Not only did he seem to have no knowledge about the product they sell, but the customer service was also very poor. I felt like there was zero interest in helping customers. When someone buys a technical product, they expect at least basic guidance or better service. I’m very disappointed with the experience. I hope

He was asked why, he explained he had already purchased some. The employee then started examining the package like he had opened it and kept asking if he had opened them, he had not. He was extremely rude and acted like my husband was doing something wrong. I have gone here a few times prior and always feel like the manager very aggressive with his sale techniques. Unfortunately this is our last time going to this store.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
