  Love this car wash!! My car always comes out looking amazing and the extras are nice too. I’m thankful for the towels and sprays that are always out for customers to use.

  I’ve thought long and hard about this because I do not like to leave bad reviews. A few weeks ago I went to this particular car wash and paid the $30 for the most expensive wash. On the list of things that included was tire shine. About a third of each one of my tires was shined, so obviously it did not work properly. I talked to a gentlemen about it and asked if they could give me a bottle of shine so that I could do it myself and they said NO. They said not only was I not allowed to do it but also they weren’t allowed to do it. I reminded him that a few weeks prior, a nice lady walked out and gave me a bottle of the shine stuff and allowed me to shine my own tires since the machine did not do it properly. He said that management recently told them that they are not allowed to do that anymore. When I asked why he said something to do with the product that they use being harmful and it was a liability. I told him that another car wash in a different city that I used actually has a tray with sponges of shine product for customers to be able to touch up their tires when the machine doesn’t work properly. Then I asked if he could give me some money back since I did not get what I paid for. He told me that I did get what I paid for that the tire shine was free. I asked “how was it free when it was literally listed as one of the items that I was paying for”. Anyway, the conversation went on from there and basically at the end of the day they were willing to do absolutely nothing to fix this problem. I have been going to this car wash for all 10 years that I’ve lived in Jasper. I am extremely disappointed, and I would love it if somebody in management from this car wash would contact me and provide me with a resolution. I do not think that will happen. Again I’m extremely disappointed. If I do not hear from somebody, I am gonna post this review on Facebook and everywhere I can possibly put it. As a prior business owner, I do not understand how a customer can come to you with a legitimate complaint in you basically tell them there is absolutely nothing we’re willing to do even though you didn’t get what you paid for. Insane

  Always an excellent experience, even more so when Charlie is working. I'm glad that he is usually there when I have my vehicle washed. He is always so helpful and works hard at his job. He pays attention to detail especially for the prep before entering the wash or if anything else needs attention while you are drying or vacuuming your vehicle and that matters to me. It's nice to see someone with his strong work ethic. I never have to wait long even when there's a long line. And for those few people that seem to have a problem, if you have an issue, they go out of their way to make it right.
