  I came in on a Saturday with the dilemma of a tire issue on a small commercial vehicle. While my mini bus didn't fit into the bay, they were willing to change the tire in the back parking lot. It took them a bit to figure out how to get the tire off, but, to be fair, they probably don't get many mini busses in for service. They did get my tire swapped out to the spare and got me back on the road on time to complete my trip. Despite their initial struggle, their perseverance and knowledge of tires in general; I made it safely to Kentucky and back to Tennessee without an issue. Thank you gentlemen, for making the best from an odd situation.🙂

  Great service- I made an appointment and dropped off two vehicles, one with a slow leaking tire and the other for an alignment. Both vehicles were taken care of in a timely fashion. Staff was very helpful and easy to do business with. I will use this location again.

  I went to Mavis tires today. They fixed me right up. Did a wonderful job on my brakes and alignment and new tires and my car feels and drives wonderful and everybody was so kind and professional. I will highly recommend them.

  I can't say enough good things about the team at Mavis Tire in Jasper! I was in the middle of a road trip when I got a flat tire, and they were able to help me out on very short notice. Not only did they get me back on the road quickly, but everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. When you're stressed out and stranded away from home, a little kindness goes a long way, and this team really delivered. They made a frustrating situation so much easier and took great care of me. I'm extremely grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs tire service in the area. Thanks again for turning a bad day into a great experience
