  Can’t say enough about the great service this Mavis location provides to me and my family. Declan at the front desk is super helpful getting our cars in for service. We live in the mountains and so pleased to have a comprehensive car service station we can rely on!

  Lesson learned made an appointment for 2:30 got there alittle before 2:30. Went to eat came back a 1hr and half later truck hadn’t move. So apparently appointments don’t mean much too them needless to say grabbed my keys and came home. I’ll continue to go to Turner Tire. If appointments don’t matter why take them. Guy running the front was decent but idk why they do appointments. Stay away unless u wanna hangout in a tire store all day when u made an appointment. Just don’t take appointments geez. Give them zero if I could

  Warranty issue on old tires. Got 20K on an 80K tire. Called the Jasper location, who said call the manufacturer. Manufacturer says to go to the dealer. I look up Mavis's customer service 800 number and they tell me to go back to Mavis. So I go back and they measure the tread depth. All are uniformly worn expect one tire has more wear on the outside. Japser Mavis gets back to me after Corporate reviews my claim. Japser offers a 25% credit, full charge on install and I must use the exact same tire. Their warranty website says I should be credited for the % milage not attained, install is free and I can apply the credit towards any tire. After 2 weeks of the run around, BS from Jasper about the install and no follow up on my calls from corporate, I am done with any Mavis location forever. The only care about milking you for every dollar on the current transaction vs. getting repeat business. Adios

  Taylor and Zack took exceptional care of me today! I came in needing my tire looked at and they got me taken care of super quick! Taylor at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! This was my second time using Mavis Tire for my car and both times I got exceptional service. Thank you Taylor and Zack for your help! You guys are awesome!! I’ll definitely be back for all my future tire needs!

  Last night my tire pressure light came on, and when I checked my tires one of them looked low. The rear passenger tire was the culprit. It worsened by the time I got off work today. I saw what I thought was a screw in there, so I was on my way to Quick Trip to get air when I saw Mavis. I pulled in since it was right there. They informed me that there was a problem with the stem of the tire valve, and that there was no screw. They fixed the valve free of charge and sent me on my way! I'm very thankful I decided to come into Mavis than my original plan of Quick Trip for air and then to Jasper Tire down the road. Appreciate you guys for your quick service and generosity.
