  Great experience. Delivered car to body shop and picked up car from body shop. Very friendly and professional staff. Would have given 5 stars but outside of car was dirty

  Michael took great care of me. He was there promptly when dropping my car off at Jasper Paint and Body to get it fixed and gave me a great car to roll around in with my son in the meantime. They seem to have a limited staff to answer phones, which wasn’t a problem for me, just have patience with them if they don’t answer your call- try again in a few minutes. I promise they will help as soon as they can! In all of the interactions I had I only ever dealt with Michael, so give them lots of grace!

  As I wrote on Enterprises site I shared my complaint with them. I ended up having to wait 3 hours for the truck I was supposed to be renting because they rented it out from under me which made me have to stay an extra day where I was headed to do my business. I will not rent from The Jasper Georgia Enterprise rental car place again but there is one up the road I've had good service with and I will use them. Enterprise is very good company to rent for just don't go to Jasper Georgia for one.
