They have installed simple things such as in car cabin filters when you buy em from there, got into a low key disagreement with mgr. After being told they would assist in installing in car cabin filter then when I went to purchase it the employee said they would assist and the mgr.sorta rebuked her & loudly told me they don't assist in helping install simple products this,after in the past I have been assisted or rather they installed windshield wipers I am a 100% disabled Viet nam vet. Which includes neuropathy in my Rt.wrist Which hinders me in using my right hand. I went across the street to AUTO ZONE got an 8.00 lower price and the staff was professional helpful,congenial & installed the product with a good helpful attitude. Needless to say ,I won't be going back to ADVANCE AUTO,NOT EVEN INTO THE PARKING LOT. IF YOU DESIRE GOOD FRIENDLY,COMPETENT & LOWER PRICES ,I RECOMMEND AUTO ZONE !! FRED MOORE
