We popped a tire while out of town and rolled in on a donut. Ben came out to meet us and was very nice while taking a look. We asked about replacements, and he assured us he could repair it and a replacement wasn’t necessary. In less than 30 minutes, our tire was as good as new. Both Ben and Charles were incredibly helpful and kind. Crisis averted!

I've always had such a good experience with this particular Mavis until today. Got an appointment for 3pm and was quoted a price from a nice guy on the phone. I specifically wanted the final price taxes etc walk out door price. It was 20. more than quoted and the girl said she couldn't figure out how they got that price. My husband was tired of being there after his car sat outside an hour before they pulled it in. Watched several car come after him and was serviced before him. She said they were overbooked from the car but we specifically called and got the appointment from there store. He paid but I guess we will be looking for somewhere new.

When my tire light came on, I drove directly to Mavis where I bought my tires. They were busy but directed me to a bay. They checked my tire and found a nail. They fixed my tire and sent me on my way. Steve, Ben and the techs were all very professional and helpful. While I was there, I heard them interact with other customers and they displayed the same professionalism with everyone. I would highly recommend Mavis and their staff at the Braselton/Hoschton location.

Great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! They took me in right away and quickly figured out exactly what needed to be done. Charles was professional, friendly, and most importantly, honest. They got my tire fixed quickly and had me back on the road in no time. It’s refreshing to find a place that provides great service without trying to push unnecessary work. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend them!

My boyfriend and I were traveling when we unexpectedly hit some debris in the road. We looked up the closest auto shop and, thank God, decided to stop here because they truly saved the day!!! Our concerns were taken seriously, and there was an immediate sense of urgency to make sure we were safe and taken care of. Mike was a HUGE help throughout the process, and we are so grateful for his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help us out when we needed it most. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!
