  I really appreciate Iris she had unbelievable customer service. She had a great positive attitude. Very helpful and helped me find a solution to my tire problems that was quick and effective and accurate. She provided me with exceptional knowledge to help me understand how often to get tires. She is a great extension of the company. And I hope she can get rewarded for the great job she did with me today. She did so good I had to write 2 reviews with both of my email accounts.

  mr nick and caleb handled my tire problem very quickly, i was amazed at how fast they got it switched for me, and they were probably the most chilliest people ive ever spoken to. they are a vibe and i would totally come back to this specific place again for any future repairs.

  I had a very frustrating experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and even arrived 10 minutes early, expecting timely service. Instead, my truck sat in the same spot for over 45 minutes without being touched. During that time, I saw multiple employees outside smoking and hanging around while customers were waiting. At one point, the phone inside was ringing while an employee was outside blowing smoke clouds instead of helping customers. I even took pictures because it was that noticeable. There was little to no communication about delays, and no sense of urgency or professionalism. What’s the point of making an appointment if the vehicle isn’t even worked on? On top of that, I didn’t feel confident that the work was handled properly, which is concerning when it comes to vehicle safety. The experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location.

  Do not take your cars here. I had my front end replaced including suspension, control arm, & both tires. I had an issue with a humming sound after picking it up so I brought it back. After waiting an hour past my appointment, Antonio told me it’s a wheel barring. In the same breath their “lead mechanic” Trevor says “I don’t not like how that front end and suspension was rebuilt whoever did that” I said “uh you guys?” Another mechanic (Michael) states that he should have kept his mouth shut because that’s how it ends up costing them money. Fast forward and they’re taking ZERO accountability, refusing to correct whatever the lead mechanic thought wasn’t done correctly and want me to pay over $900 for something that should have been fixed initially. They tell me the mechanic who did it is no longer employed there. Turns out he just moved locations. The overall customer service, accountability, and lack of professionalism is disgusting. All while trying to come to a resolution Antonio is raising his voice with my dad saying they two issues have nothing to do with each other, we asked for corporate and Antonio said they were there. So we asked to speak to them. Antonio then brought the regional manager to the back parking lot for over 20 minutes. We had to walk around looking for them. And for the regional manager Kamar to be there and basically throw his hands up and say it’s not their responsibility is baffling. Do yourself and your pockets a HUGE favor and go anywhere else.
