When I came to this shop with a brake pad issue, they told me that all 4 brake pads needed to be replaced. When I asked for an invoice, they didn’t provide a proper invoice and instead just wrote the amount on a piece of paper — around $1,150. After I confirmed the price, I was shocked to find out that I was charged $1,550. That is an extra $400 that was never properly explained or approved. Very disappointing experience. The shop employees were unprofessional, and the communication was terrible. I would not recommend using this service for brake work. Based on my experience, they should stick to tire services. Definitely not coming back.

Had a brake caliper issue while driving through Buford. Charlie Jacobs w/ E&E went above and beyond to help us. It was after 8pm on a Thursday leading into a holiday weekend. Did it cost a good amount, yes, BUT you get what you pay for. He came to us, got the parts from the parts house for us, and did a great job in a short period of time. Well worth it!
