My sister rung the bell multiple times and the associate even walked up to the window- then walked away! My sister tried knocking on the glass - nothing! Us and 3 other cars just gave up after no response. Management needs to deal with this promptly

- JUJustin UngerJul 26, 20261.0I came in here me and my family it was between 11pm and 12 am the cashier was rude to me and my family her attitude was horrible she is one of the worst customer service ppl I ment service is ment to be friendly and kind and helpful this lady was the totally the opposite of good customer service as long as she is here I will go to another racetrack she told my wife and son that they wasn't allowed in without shoes My wife goes in everywhere without shoes she also was telling another customer that had a service animal in there that the service animal can't be in there unless they had a vest thought that it didn't matter if they had the card saying it was a registered service animal she was rude she gave dirty looks she acted like she didn't want to be there That's inappropriate and unprofessional everyone has bad nights I get that but when you have a bad night leave your personal life at the door Will you go through that door to do your job it's a whole nother ball game you don't take whatever is going on out on your customers y'all are going to lose customers with this cashier
