I have not been able to purchase one in that entire span. Sales figures for these drinks must have suffered dramatically. It seems these machines are just ignored. Maybe they're broken and management hasn't bothered to have them repaired or replaced? I could run the location better than this. It's utterly insane.

I came back with my receipt expecting a simple return or exchange, but the staff refused to help or offer a refund. On top of that, Lulu was extremely unprofessional and dismissive during the interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made the situation more frustrating. Customer service here is clearly lacking, and they don’t stand behind the products they sell. I would not recommend this location if you expect basic support or accountability for defective items.
