Even though we were not there to receive tire service, Charles, the manager who helped me, very graciously filled our tank up free of charge and with the best attitude even though he was very busy today. He took time out of his busy day and attended to our needs free of charge and personally refilled the tank himself. My father-in-law loves this store and gets his tires here and we will definitely be returning in the future. Charles deserves more than five stars with his winning attitude!

- JPJoey PelosiApr 16, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience at Mavis Tire. I booked a 4 PM appointment for an alignment, expecting a simple fix. When they gave my car back, the steering wheel was pulling to the right even worse than before — after I told them it needed an alignment and took my money. I immediately went back inside to let them know nothing was fixed, and suddenly it was going to be another hour or more. Why? They couldn’t explain. One of the employees literally told me the steering pulling to the right was “normal,” which is ridiculous. If that’s “normal,” then they shouldn’t be doing alignments in the first place. They were not busy and after 3+ hours they still didn’t fix the issue I came in for, they wasted my time, and they acted like it was no big deal. Don’t waste your time coming here.
