Terrible customer service. Took my truck there to have tires installed and balanced. After leaving, the tires were not balanced and the truck was bouncing. I took it back and waited 2 hours. I had to go to the desk and ask if it was finished before they told me yes and gave me my keys. Tires were still not balanced. Had to take it to another shop to have it done correctly.

I had a great experience yesterday at Mavis Tires and Brakes, Will was great with the customer service and made sure he got my alignment started as fast as he could. The mechanic also came out and showed me my results of my alignment before he even did anything to my car. They gave me a great price and great customer service couldn’t be happier. I will be back.
