I was doing Uber Eats at an ihop next door. Caught a flat in the parking lot, just my luck it happened right next door.
10min until Mavis opened. I asked if they could help put my spare on, they agreed to help with smiles. Very pleasant experience. Clean bathrooms & waiting area too.

I have specialty tires on my hybrid which are rather small. When telling them the tire size, I was promptly dismissed being told that there was no way my tires were that size and it was either a spare or I was reading them incorrectly and was told that they simply just couldn’t help me when I have had my tires changed at Mavis before. My tires are in fact a 155/60R20…I know how to read!
