  On August 31st, I went in to have my tire repaired and received excellent service from start to finish. From the first phone call to the completion of the work, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The receptionist was very kind and professional, and they took great care of my car throughout the entire process. The service was fast, convenient, and efficient. I had a nail stuck in my tire, and they quickly fixed the problem by removing it and repairing the tire. They were honest, trustworthy, and gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The mechanic was honest and straightforward, and I had no issues at all. They have definitely earned a new customer. I highly recommend them and will certainly return in the future.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. I brought my car in because I was concerned there might be a leak on the passenger rear tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to check everything out and explain what they found. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs and made sure I understood the situation with my tire. It’s refreshing to find a place that provides honest and helpful service. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires and will be returning for my future tire and automotive needs!

  I went in today and when i tell you they are the most genuine and kindest people ive ever done business with. They were extremely helpful and didn’t not scam or rip me off. I would recommend to everyone looking for an affordable but extremely safe fix. I would love to thank Mr. Robert, Mrs. Merinette, and Mrs. vickie!!!

  I had a screw in one of my tires and stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes to have it checked out. Henrietta at the customer service desk was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Adrian, the technician, did a great job patching the tire quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, clear communication, responsiveness to my need of quick service, and quality work from both of them. Henrietta and Adrian are a great representation of what good customer service should look like. I would definitely recommend this Mavis Tires & Brakes location to anyone needing tire service!
