  Renting a vehicle I will always ride with the Enterprise. The way to ride with the champ go Enterprise.

  Enterprise usually charges a deposit, not a big deal, but this location charges your whole purchase as a deposit. Won't take your calls if you have issues, but will keep you on hold forever. Not professional. Not a good business. Worst Enterprise ever. (I suspect something else is going on- this is such an unprofessional location)

  They need to do better!! I rented a car to go out of town weeks prior… reserved nd all. I get there they tell me it's a $300 holding fee. They need to inform customers ON THE WEBSITE first before waiting till you get to the counter to pay. They didn't have the car I reserved nd only left me one choice. Honestly don't ever go to them. If you need a rental car in hinesville go to savannah.

  Where to start. They gave me a mini van with a broken rear windshield wiper that we did not know was broken until we hit a thunder storm. They charged me a cleaning for pet hair when I didn't have pets in the car. They tried to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor by only charging 75 dollars instead of 200. I literally had to pay for someone else's pet. They did no inspection of the vehicle or components until it was time to turn in. Additionally, before I turned in the vehicle, I called to ask if it needed to be cleaned or vacuumed. They stated as long as I didn't have pets in the car I did not. I arrived and they told me I had to vacuum it regardless. They then threatened a late fee if I did not have the vehicle back within the "grace period" due to them sending me off to vacuum the vehicle. They make up things as they go and no one truly knows what the answer is. I highly recommend you rent from someone else!

  A huge shout-out to the team at the Hinesville Enterprise location! Despite being critically understaffed, they consistently provide exceptional customer service and work incredibly hard to get customers in and out quickly. They’re constantly moving vehicles, securing inventory, and doing whatever it takes to meet customer needs all while remaining friendly, professional, and courteous. Special thanks to LaJaiah and Makalah for making my experience smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitudes and dedication to customer service truly stood out. This team is the definition of a people-first business. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and I wish every Enterprise location provided this level of service.
