- COChristina O'Brien3 days ago2.0No communication from staff for an hour an a half waiting for my reservation. Lied to and told I was upgraded for my wait when really people were just getting whatever cars arrived.

Was unable to get in contact with anyone, but when you go inside, they’re all sitting down and have one person doing all the work I have contacted their customer service or corporate. I have spoken to two managers and both told me I will be contacted by a higher up and I have yet to be contacted and this was from April 9 and April 16 and no one has gotten back to me yet about anything. No one has sent me an email no one has done anything. This is the worst place to get a car, especially if you’re having issues with it and you want it fixed. They do not care. They will lie to you and tell you that your payment is on hold until the manager contacts you and then a day later, they will release that hold Without any type of investigation or anyone contacting you.

I got a text to confirm the booking and I did that also. My appointment was at 8:00 am. I get there, and there is no car available. This location is giving Enterprise Rental a bad name. Never again. Stop playing with customer’s time! Time is life. Do better!

I had planned to go out of town after reserving a rental at this place arriving an hour early I was told that they didn’t have the rental that I was booked for. Very disappointed. They didn’t even have the decency to give a call to let me know that services counting be provided.
