  I placed a reservation online three months before the date I needed the vehicle. I also physically went to the hinesville location two weeks before pickup to make sure the reservation for a full size SUV was in order. The day before I was to start my vacation I recieved call from the Hinesville store stating that the person that rented the Jeep Wagoneer that I was supposed to get decided to keep it longer and all they could offer me was a minivan. I stated this was not acceptable and they basically said take it or leave it. I decided to leave it and will never go back to that facility. I had rented vehicles three time before from them and experienced 5 star service from two different people that I found out no longer work at that store. They probably got promoted and deservedly so because they were that professional and good. Who they have now is unprofessional and does NOT know anything about customer service! I would stay AWAY from this place!!! As soon as I left the Hinesville store I drove to the Savannah Hilton Head Airport, walked in cold, the staff was fantastic and I had my pick of three Jeep Wagoneers they had on the lot. They saved my vacation and are now my go to store! I guess the Hinesville store was too lazy to get the available Wagoneer from the airport.

  With Enterprise you get a brand new car, very low mileage, very clean, very reasonable priced rate, the personnel was very polite and nice, fast and prompt service, I will use Enterprise for all my car rentals....u need a way to go, call Enterprise and be riding today...u won't regret.. Lavonda

  Worse rental place I have ever been to in my life. I made a reservation a month in advance and when I got there the guy told me there was nothing available. I didn’t receive a phone call or email letting me know that before driving an hour there. Just a waste of my time and now I’m without a car that I needed for a business trip.

  We had a monkey wrench thrown into our trip, but as soon as the local manager at the Hinesville location learned about it, he rectified the situation. Kudos! And thank you again for all your help!

  We reserved a vehicle and received confirmation. A little over 24-hours before our pickup time we were notified the vehicle we reserved was not available via phone call. The initial phone call was missed and we attempted to call them back to discuss… we were on hold for an extended amount of time and had no other choice but to end the call. The morning of our reservation pickup we reached back out and were informed that everything was good to go and they had the vehicle size we reserved. 15-20 minutes later we got another call informing us that they did not actually have the vehicle we requested and all they could accommodate with was a 15 seater van. We then reached out to another location and were routed to their customer service/booking team over the phone. The consultant was helpful and understanding and she escalated the issue to the area manager. The area manager did not and has not called us as of yet and we are past the time of pickup. I understand the computer/app cannot accurately determine what vehicles are on the lot and available to reserve and I also understand that sometimes rentals are kept longer than expected. I do not understand why the reservation was confirmed if they did not have the vehicle. Why was there no follow-up from the area manager? … enterprise is a huge company.. there is no way there should be a “shortage” of vehicles if the website/app is allowing customers to reserve them.
