  Worst experience trying to rent a vehicle. Made my reservation online,did the pre-check in before arriving, only to be told nothing is available until Monday,and today is Thursday. Don't bother calling their corporate office, called them twice to be told my request has been forwarded to the management team, someone would be contacting me shortly. Still no contact, simply pathetic. 1 star should not even be given

  Terrible. Find another place to get a rental *Edit* Quit leaving these fake responses. For the people reading, don't waste your time at this location.

  I reserved a specific vehicle 2 weeks before pickup at the Hinesville, Ga location. When I arrived to retrieve the reserved vehicle I was told they did not have the vehicle or anything similar to it. My inside experience with Felicha on that day was very nice. She heard me out with the problem I had and helped the best she could with the vehicles available. Once I returned, I was met by the branch manager LaJaiah Scott who further heard out my experience and discounted off of my total purchase. Again, my inside experience was flawless. Both ladies were very nice.

  Very unsafe vehicle, cigarette smoke smelly units. On August 25, 2026 I rented from Enterprise in Hinesville Ga. I was put in a car that was very unsafe because the passenger back tire kept deflating every morning. When I called to report on 8/27 the told me to come in to get another unit. On 8/29/26 I was in a unit that smelled like a midnight bar and the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. On 8/29/26 I called customer service and they were very nonchalant about it. It seems like Enterprise doesn’t take customers seriously and the safety and comfort of the customers is not important for this company. The complaint was never addressed and I never received a call from customer care in the duration of my rental time. On the last day I was given a little discount for my bad experience but the bad customer service and safely was never really addressed as a concern for customer satisfaction. The customer service and service of the Hinesville location is terrible and I will not use your services again.

  This place is extremely unorganized. The keys aren’t labeled properly—they’re literally just thrown into a bucket, which makes the entire process confusing and chaotic. On top of that, if you make a reservation here, don’t assume they’ll actually have the vehicle you reserved. I booked a specific vehicle and showed up expecting to pick it up, only to find out they didn’t have it. The worst part is that no one called ahead of time to let me know. They simply allowed me to show up and find out for myself. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. A reservation should mean the vehicle is available, or at the very least, the customer should be contacted in advance if there’s an issue. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Enterprise.
