  Scheduled an appointment for 4 pm online. I take off work, show up 18 mins before 4, and the person at the front desk says “Our alignment guy leaves at 4. Can I reschedule for tomorrow?” Ridiculous, fix your system.

  I arrived before the appointment time, my vehicle was taken back promptly, Staff seemed very knowledgeable when answering questions I had about the vehicle. Work was completed properly and in a timely fashion. Troy, the store manager was great!

  Wish I could leave zero stars. Do NOT bring your vehicle here. I brought my car 2 weeks ago for inspection and 2 new tires. Got a call saying I need rotors. Got them. Today, bring it back due to noise to only be told I need front rotors now. 2 weeks ago, they said they were at 40% now 100%. No way. Then the manager and tech said the person who did the inspection did not take the tires off but looked through the rims. Seriously, what a joke. But on my paper work, it says check brakes. Place full of lies. In less you plan to stand beside them while they work, do not take or leave your car. They are a complete rip off. Will be calling corporate soon as they open. No apology or trying to make it right. Just a "so what you want to do". What i want to do is for your to take accountability and do your job Also, if they weren't so busy in there playing Roblox with a kid (more than likely an employee child from the looks), they can focus more on making sure the techs are doing their job properly, the job we are paying for. Complete joke, go elsewhere

  Aaron and Troy are beyond amazing. This is my first time at a Mavis and the customer has been past my expectations! I would truly and highly recommend that you visit this location for all your service needs!

  I'd been attempting to get the slow leak on my tire taken care of for few weeks and I ran into Aaron the service manager from Mavis tire & brakes while at the Parkers gas station, he overheard my conversation with an associate about my tire situation and he stepped up and offered to take care of the tire for a reasonable amount and garunteed quality service,...........all I can say is I'm still riding baby! Thanks Aaron my boy! I will definitely be returning.
