  Great experience. I was a walk in during a slower time, went in for a small tire patch. Unfortunately, the fates werent on my side, and the nail was pretty deep and close to the side wall. They listened to what I had to say, the showed me in person the issue ( with an escort for safety and security ),allowed me to take photos, call my parents/spouse/friends to ask about what I was looking at. The assistant manager (Aaron ) even showed me my options for tires, worked with my budget, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle after a while. Overall I am very pleased with this experience. Will be returning.

  I just left this location and all I can say is WOW!! I'm a 45 year retired mechanic and I'm just told old to work on my own vehicles now, but these guys at mavis are outstanding i bring every single vehicle I own (7) to this location due to their speed, customer service, and great knowledge that they have. Aaron and Troy are an amazing team a combination of Aaron's knowledge and Troy's knowledge make for an unbeatable team, you should see the way they work together in solving problems with their entire team, and I cannot forget the technician Mike who did my struts shocks and alignment on 4 of my vehicles, he is quick and very efficient I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for a great customer experience!

  Aaron the Assistant manager has the best customer service i have seen at any tire shop and really loves his job you can tell just by how much knowledge he has about everything done in the shop and Shundrick the tech who worked on my vehicle is very quick and efficient with everything he did my brake pads and rotors on the front in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend checking out this location and i will definitely be coming back.

  At Your Own Risk — You’ve Been Warned! After an unfortunate experience at this location, I can honestly say: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! What should have been a straightforward brake service turned into a frustrating two-day ordeal with no resolution. Aaron and Troy’s lack of customer service, combined with an apparent inability to take accountability for mistakes that were made, made an already frustrating situation even worse. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the problem, I was left dealing with unnecessary delays, frustration, and wasted time. Thankfully, I decided to take my vehicle to the Grovetown location, and the difference was night and day. Sean, Hayden, and Paul immediately recognized the issues I was experiencing and worked quickly to address all of my concerns. Their professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to quality completely restored my confidence. If you need brake service, save yourself the frustration and go to the Grovetown location. Sean, Hayden, and Paul demonstrated exactly what quality customer service should look like. At your own risk—you’ve been warned! 🚨

  I had to get a tire mounted and balanced and the Mavis customer service folks were really helpful. They gave me directions on ordering the new wheel and when they didn't have the tire in stock they explained how to go online and order the tire too. Then when I arrived for my appointment Quon was so friendly and helpful, and Troy talked me through everything before they started work. The waiting area is clean and spacious, and there's even a carpet and toy box for kids to play.I highly recommend this Mavis!
