  Top not customer service. Quick work. Great pricing. Would absolutely come again. The story: Had an appointment on Friday but when I called up on Tuesday to see if they could fit me in they immediately got be scheduled. I showed up with my wife and 6 kids and they had a play spot for children real close to the bathroom, had a comfortable sitting area and they warmly accommodated my family. I called 3 standard places for prices, they had the best one with good options.

  I called today to see about getting a tire repaired and spoke to the manager. He stated he would try his best to repair the tire. Repair was made in less than twenty minutes. He and the technician were very professional and courteous. My next tire purchase will be made here. Thank you very much.

  If you going to COSTCO to change tires please go here first. This place is great to solve all your car problems related to tires and oil change. I was on my way to charlotte yesterday when my tire blew up. Service: As I arrived at this place from beginning to the end my customer service was 5 ⭐️.Victor customer service or manager was amazing to deal with. He was knowledgeable and caring from beginning to end. Once again if any of you going to Costco please try them first. You will get better service here than costco. This was my first time buying tires beside for last 18 years I been buying tires from costco. They have totally change my perception and now they will only get my business. Thank you Team Mavis at lake hartwell. Every one at the store was nice and kind and friendly. Jawad

  I took a car to them that I'm considering buying, & they did a full diagnostic on it free of charge. I'm sure that it was very thorough too, as it took a couple of hours. This is a very positive sign for me, & other consumers, as they were willing to take time out of their day & assess my situation, knowing that I would not be purchasing any service on this day. I will absolutely be taking the vehicle back to them for service, if I purchase it. Grady was very helpful & super informative!

  I took my truck to Mavis for a tire rotation. No appointment required and they got right to it and had me out in a few minutes. No charge for tire rotation so the price was acceptable. I previously went to Mavis for a tire repair and had good service then also.
