  My husband and I have been renting from the Hapeville, GA location for over a year now and the customer service is consistently amazing. I don’t know where Enterprise finds its employees. They must share the secret for top notch customer service with other service providers! Rikesia and Ta’niyah have been great! Rikesia always has a smile and very efficient! Kamila, Noah, Calvin, Lim, and Eddie (we don’t want to miss anyone) were all awesome! Thank You so much for providing affordable, great quality rentals at reasonable costs. 💫

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with this location. The issues started when they requested proof of residency. They asked for a utility bill, which I provided along with my temporary ID showing my updated address since my physical ID still reflects my previous address; but I provided my physical ID as well. After reviewing the documents, they told me they could not accept them. When I asked why, no explanation was given. Instead, I was told I needed to log into my personal utility account so they could view the bill through the customer portal. Again, when I asked why this was necessary, no one could provide an explanation. I've been renting from Enterprise for over three years and have a corporate account with them. I have never been asked to log into my personal accounts to prove my address. The manager (not the owner), Taniyah, then informed me that they would not be renting me a vehicle. Once again, when I asked for the reason, she refused to provide one. I even contacted Enterprise Corporate while I was still at the branch. Corporate asked the manager the same questions I had been asking, but she still refused to explain her decision. Instead, she walked away and proceeded to use her personal phone. The lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency throughout this experience was extremely disappointing. Customers deserve clear explanations, especially when they have provided the requested documentation and have a long-standing rental history. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location or any other Enterprise location. I hope management takes the time to address how customers are treated and the importance of providing clear, respectful communication.

  This my second time bad experience on hapeville location, the A/C is cool on 60 and high temp, and the back seats not cool enough for my girls, they not want switch for other one, they always said they don't have. Don't go to this place to me is my second time this happened. I return the car
