- RBRenee Belardo2 days ago5.0Robert was very helpful and very nice. His customer service was great. He explained to me the sticker I come to Valvoline a lot to the one in Pennsylvania. This is my first time to the one in Georgia on Tara Boulevard to be exact. He literally had a machine that showed me my oil. I have never seen that at the one in Pennsylvania. Everything happens at the bottom of the vehicle, which was pretty cool because I was able to see how black my oil was but he was very, very nice very very helpful

- ACAl CurryAug 25, 20261.0I waited an hour and a half to get into the bay with only one car ahead of me that was already in the bay when I pulled up, then it took another hour and 15 minutes after I got inside to do the oil change. They put one squirt of wiper fluid in the reservoir to turn off the low fluid light but did not fill it 1/8th of the way. The workers wondered around at a very slow pace not in any hurry to do anything. I’v used Valvoline for a long time and have always been very pleased with the service but I will never return to this location again.

The experience was very terrible and the manager called me back to insult my intelligence and offer me some coupons that are available on the app already what a joke! Devin is terrible in the service industry and I will never return here and my oil change light is still on after being serviced! Take it from me stay away.
