  Sebastian was very upfront and honest about the costs and the work being done. He explained to me the intricate details of the automated parking break and the process by which the manager had to check the work and make sure it was done properly. It took them roughly 3 hours to change all My break pads and flush the fluids. Up charges for different services were recommended, but politely declined and accepted. Upon completion my vehicle was thoroughly inspected by the manager and I was told to immediately return if I have any issues. Will definite be coming back for future service!

  Very prompt and couteous. Saved us a lot of money. Highly recommended! We'd assumed our flat tire would have to be replaced entirely. But Sebastian, the supervisor who managed the repair, and Nic, the mechanic who did the repairs, were able to take care of the flat by fixing the puncture, rather than having to replace the whole tire. (We were resigned to paying for the latter, even though the tire replacement charges themselves were going to be less than any other vendor we checked, inlcuding Walmart). So we'd highly recommend Mavis!

  Arrived at 5pm. Need to tire patched from nails. The manager and tire technician were to busy laughing and playing that they only did one tire and told me I had to go elsewhere for the other one. It doesn't take a whole hour to repair two tires. I own a tire shop for 15 years and never seen a operation like this. Will never come to this location again.

  From the moment I entered the parking lot, I was cheerily greeted by the manager Charles. He had such a positive and friendly demeanor. He listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience (offering to allow me to keep my best old tire and put it in my trunk for me to replace my missing spare). In every interaction, he assured me there was no pressure for any additional services and that their goal was just to inform me on my car’s status along the way. They had my car on the lift before my official appointment time even started. The auto technicians worked as a team and also appeared to have positive attitudes and demeanors. The technician that interfaced with me the most (Daquan), was particularly pleasant to interact with. He did find two additional issues with my car and made sure to physically show me what he saw (a dent in my wheel and the reason why my TPMS hasn’t been working). He offered whatever fixes he could but did not pressure me into doing any of them. Ultimately I had to postpone those fixes, but he made sure to inform me that he put both affected tires/wheels on the back (safer and good for me to know when I do have the funds for that). The whole service was a lot faster than I expected. But had it taken longer, I would not have minded. The store was clean. The tables had built-in plugs to charge devices. They did not have a loud TV blaring anything I didn’t care to watch and no noises other than shop noises. I was able to plug in my phone, put in my earbuds, and watch my own shows on my phone to pass the time. I would definitely go back to this shop. I’m also going to note that they had same-day availability when I made the appointment last-minute. The manager assured me that if I had walked in without pre-booking and they were “full”, they would have found a way to work me in.

  I recently had my brakes replaced here and worked with Charles. He was honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. I also spoke with one of the mechanics, Dequan, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the wear and tear on my brakes and rotors so I understood exactly what was going on. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future service.
