  Do not go here for automotive service and maintenance. Went in for a conventional oil change. It took them 5 hours to complete. I had to call them to see if it was done. My largest complaint, they tried to charge $160, then was told it would be $140~ with coupon. Highway robbery. Steer clear. Note: They also advised that additional maintenance in the range of $830 of work on struts and alignment would need to be done soon. I wish service industries understood the importance of transparency and affordability in this economy. I will not be back.

  This is not my first visit to the Mavis in Grovetown; I will return! These gentlemen are professional and always helpful. Paul is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile every time. They have great deals and along with great customer service.

  We came out of the store to a flat tire while out shopping and ended up at Mavis. Paul was great at helping us out after a misunderstanding with the call center. Paul was very professional about the whole situation. Even though he did not have any openings for the day, he got us in and out in a very reasonable time.

  My tire blew up on me on the highway and I arrived at Mavis right when they were closing and Zack and the crew went above and beyond in replacing.my tire and getting me back on the road. I rarely leave reviews but these guys provided A+ customer service I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Sean help me twice today I had appointment for a tire rotation @8am and before 9am I was leaving and no charge. The first time I had a nail in my tire so I took my tire off my car to get it patch not plugged because my tire is fairly new. So I drop off and came back 40 minutes later tired still wasn't ready so they fix with no charge. I'm 55 yrs old so I grew up where your word and customer service was your credit. If you had both of these you had A 1 credit and you became a customer for life. Single women with no mechanical knowledge and looking to be serviced with brakes and tires this is a good place to go. Because of the good service always comes with a peace of mind.
