  I wish there was an option for more stars! Excellent service here! From the time you walk in the door, you are treated like family. Upon walking in the door, you are greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a staff with big beautiful smiles! You will have to do a double take to make sure that you are actually at an auto body repair shop. Once you collect yourself and realize that you did not just walk into a day spa by mistake, you will be greeted by a member of the staff who are so kind and personable, that you feel like you have known them forever. When the amazing customer experience overwhelms you, then comes a short wait for you automobile to be repaired. Don't worry, you are kept in the loop the entire time! Phone calls, text messages, etc. You will never have to worry what stage your repair is at because the communication is impeccable. Now, here we go! Once that short wait is over, you are now notified that your ride is ready to be picked up! Once you arrive back at the Gerber parking lot, you will be greeted by all those friendly staff members! You will feel like you are picking up a brand new car from the dealership! Don't worry, do a quick look over if you like, however it should be known that your ride has just experience a top notch repair. The paint is flawless, they even vacuumed out the bagel crumbs off the floor for you! Impeccable experience from start to finish every time!

  I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Grovetown!!(There's multiple locations across CSRA) I would especially like to thank Mr. Stephen, the estimator, for taking such great care of my repair process from start to finish. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed every step of the way. I was rear-ended, and the insurance covered the repairs — that’s why I selected “not sure” for the price in my review. The company is very diligent with their automated updates and detailed communication, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! Mr. Stephen explained that there was significantly more internal damage than what was visible cosmetically, and he made sure everything was properly addressed. He even cleared my engine light issues. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service. A big thank you to Mr. Stephen and the team! Highly recommend!
