There was a decent line for an oil change and I can understand why. Service was much better than Jiffy lube across the street. Savannah did a wonderful job and seemed knowledgeable with the service she provided. Even inquired about other possible services I may need without giving the “let me sale you something” attitude. She noticed a leak on the right side that had gone unnoticed as well. Overall a quick and great experience!
Very slow. 10 minute oil change took 1 hour. No acknowledgement when I pulled up. Had to go inside to find out what lane to pull into and it was the wrong one of course. The previous time I tried this location I made the same results. I ended up leaving and doing it myself. I was told I needed and injector cleaning that was why my oil was black.... The location in Evans is much better service and knowledge. Or do it yourself and save a few $.

Hello all,
Here’s some of the scammy things they did to me:
- Insist on changing my engine air filter, it was changed early that year…
- Insist on cleaning my ignition system, I have no problems suggesting this needed to be done.
- Insist on changing my cabin filter, which I did earlier that year, I drive 5-10k miles a year
- Insist on changing my spark plugs, this was done before once my vehicle hit a higher mileage.
- Insist on changing my battery… this was done last year.
- Insist on changing my engine mount… becuase reasons?
- Insist on changing my control arm, they may have a point on this one there is some issues with it, but why would I allow known scammers to do this?
- Insist on changing my sway bars, reason? Never gave a good one.
- insist on fixing a front axel issue, again there’s a point here but they’re trying to scam me above.
To top it off all these repairs total 4k … on a vehicle worth 4k. I cannot believe what they are doing to others if this is how they’re treating me… stay clear of this place.

I was told by Oil Express that my vehicle had a “massive oil leak” requiring approximately $2,600 in repairs and that my engine could fail if I delayed the work. Based on that information, I agreed to the repairs.
Later, I was informed that the work could not be completed and that I needed to take my van to a dealership because of reprogramming issues after the repair. When the dealership inspected my vehicle, they found no oil leak. The only issue identified was oil residue reportedly caused during Oil Express’s inspection process.
My experience left me very concerned about the accuracy of the diagnosis and recommendations I received. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.
