  Such nice and sweet people! Beyond blessed to have the support for such a special day! I want to say thank you to Lauren and another gentleman that was very nice at the Harlem Georgia location! Drop off with Lauren and her associate was smooth and easy! God bless you all! This was a very special day for me so I appreciate you all!

  My husband broke down yesterday in Grovetown on his way to North Carolina for work. He called Enterprise in Grovetown and was told they had plenty of cars and would even send one to pick him up since he was only about 12 minutes away. He waited for a while before calling back at 5:30 to see if they had an updated ETA. The woman on the phone said she was the only one there then and she would not be coming to get him but if he could get there by 6:00 she would get him a car. He then took an Uber to Enterprise arriving 10 min before they were supposed to close at 6:00 only to find no one there and the door locked. Now since he waited so long for the mystery Enterprise employee to pick him up no other rental car companies have a car for him to rent so he’s having to get a hotel for the night because we live 5.5 hours away. Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I’ve never had this issue with Enterprise before so this is BEYOND disappointing!!!!

  The entire rental process took nearly 2 hours despite having an appointment. The location was “open “ but no employees were present for nearly 30 minutes. Not sure where they went? I sat inside waiting along with five others. Then there was an extensive wait as all of the cars had to be cleaned before each of us could leave with our rental. This location is poorly run. I’ll rent elsewhere next time.
