  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, I was dealing with an individual who stated that he owned Enterprise and was supposedly the manager of the store. When I asked to speak with his superior, I was not given a clear answer or any meaningful assistance. I was then provided with a vehicle, but the key fob did not work properly. Because of this, I could not use the vehicle to get to work. I was also trying to take care of getting my child to school, and this situation caused me to run late and created a significant amount of unnecessary stress. I brought the key back to the location so they could address the problem. They took the key to have the battery replaced, but instead of properly resolving the situation and making sure I had reliable transportation, I ended up having to return home. I was then told, or expected, to wait for the key, yet the employees would not even bring it to me. On top of that, I tried calling the location repeatedly and they would not answer the phone. I do not understand how a customer can be treated this way, especially when the problem was caused by a vehicle and key that Enterprise provided to me in the first place. I expect Enterprise management to take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened at this location. I would like an explanation as to why I was provided a vehicle with a key fob that did not work, why the situation was not handled promptly, why I was left without reliable transportation, and why the location refused to answer my calls or make reasonable arrangements to get the key back to me. This was completely unacceptable customer service. I have never experienced this level of poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for a customer’s time and circumstances. I expect someone from Enterprise management to contact me and address this matter appropriately. Its 9am and i took the key to them at 730am and they wont answer the phone they wont bring the key so i can get to work and get my job done this is horrible horrible service.

  Lauren is amazing with great customer service and got me into a last minute rental to save my family vacation trip thank you very much, while I’m sure everyone at this location does great work Lauren is the reason I’d be returning to continue business at this branch

  I received the vehicle I needed and really wanted. It was clean and I was able to take everything I needed. It was very comfortable and rode smoothly. The employee was very nice, courteous and helpful. I definitely will return for my next rental vehicle.
