  ⭐ Disappointing Customer Service & Inconsistent Return Policy I went to this location to return a car mount that I had purchased a little over a month ago. Unfortunately, it would not stay mounted and continuously fell off. Considering how pricey it was for a car mount, I couldn’t justify keeping something that didn’t work properly. AutoZone’s return policy allows returns within 90 days, and I had both my original receipt and the original packaging. The employee who initially helped me was actually in the process of doing my return when her manager, Keke, came over and decided that because I had owned the mount for a month, she would only allow me to receive store credit. I explained that store credit wasn’t useful to me because I only shop at AutoZone maybe once or twice a year. When I asked why she wouldn’t refund it to my original payment method, her reasoning was that I had “had it in my car for a month.” That honestly made no sense. It’s a car mount. Whether I had it for one week or one month, the package obviously would have been opened and the product would have been used in my car. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of good customer service and discretion. I understand that managers may have the ability to decline returns under certain circumstances, but nothing about this return seemed unreasonable. I was within the stated return period, had my receipt and packaging, and was returning the product because it wasn’t functioning properly. Needless to say, I took the exact same item, receipt, and packaging to another AutoZone location and received my refund with absolutely no questions asked. That alone speaks volumes about how unnecessarily difficult this interaction was. If you run into a similar issue at this location, I’d recommend trying another AutoZone before accepting store credit you don’t want. Apparently, the experience can be completely different depending on which location — or manager — you get. 🙄

  The stuff is always so helpful and friendly. Every time we go to this store they give us the best options on parts and look for the best value. And if they don’t have the product or the answer they guide us on where to find it. Eric help us this time and he was very polite and helpful. Thank you!
