Very thoughtful young men and very respectful. The service was grate and very quick. I’m a mom and I had my children in the car with me and they were done before my baby woke up.

Went to get my oil change. First and last time I go here. Not even 20 minutes later my vehicle is smoking and the engine is skipping. Get to a garage to find out my oil wasn't even changed. There is 2 quartz over in the tank. Called to file a complaint. Manager says I may not get a refund because I didn't give them the chance to fix the problem. I couldn't even make it to the place to have them fix it. Now I am paying someone else to fix what this place messed up.

Cheaper than my dealer by $30 and about 3 hours faster! Transparent process so you know what's being done to your car, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had my first ever experience with Valvoline in Griffin yesterday, and I can not be more satisfied with the job they did. I witnessed amazing customer service for not just myself, but for other customers in the establishment. Everyone was very respectful, and seemed very in tune and serious about the job at hand. They were focused and working as an excellent team, while maintaining a calm, informative environment. It was quick and easy too. If Valvoline stays the way I experienced it yesterday, I will continue to go there for all my servicing needs from now on.
