  This is my second time getting several services on my vehicle and Dre and Mr. OJ have taken care of me and my safety. I drive in the city now and safety is paramount. Thank you Mavis for looking out.

  Dre was really knowledgeable and new what the problem was with my defective tire they put the spare one and did not charge for it

  I called ahead and was told they had all four tires in my size and maybe a rim. When I arrived, they took my car into the shop. A few minutes later, an employee came out and said they only had two tires. I told them to forget it because I wanted all four replaced at the same time. After waiting, I noticed my car had already been lifted and all four tires had been removed, even though I had already canceled the service. I had to tell them to put my tires back on and lower my car. I don’t understand why they removed all four tires after saying they couldn’t complete the job and after I had already said I no longer wanted the service. That lack of communication and how it was handled was very frustrating and unprofessional. I I would never go here again, and I advised no one to go here, especially for tires.

  I am one to not use shops like this and do as much work as I can on my own vehicles however I needed an alignment quick before going from 33in tires to 35s on my lifted tundra. I know a truck that big and with a aftermarket lift and ucas can make alignments difficult for shops that don’t work on them most of the time however the staff listen to my requests for alignment specs and the alignment tech Oj took care of me all while showing me on the machine the changes he was making and adjusting them more if I wasn’t quite comfortable with them all while having excellent customer service! He showed me the finished specs which I was very happy with and sent me on my way with a smooth riding vehicle! I will for sure be coming back for my future alignment needs and couldn’t be more thankful for Oj listening to my spec needs and making it happen!
