He was killing it answering phones, working on two cars, ran out to check what my car needed, and upsold me on some windshield wipers that I did actually need. He’s got excellent customer service and a workaholic attitude, and did it all with a smile and kindness.

After all that time they decided that nothing could be done and charged me about 150 bucks. Basically paid them to do zero. To make matters worse, the reason they couldn't do the job was actually a very simple task and I ended up doing the work myself. This place sucks and the staff lacks the knowledge needed to be successful. -1☆

The workers here are amazing and very helpful, shout out to Hameed for being the one to help me out he was great and respectful. Definitely will be keeping them in mind if I ever need assistance in the future!

Turns out Walmart stripped my lugnuts and they went out and purchased a tool to fix it with no cost to me. I had a great conversation with the MOD during my wait and they even helped me find a charger for my phone since I had to wait a little longer. Definitely recommend this spot. Everyone had a smile on their face and was eager to help anyone who walked through the door.
