- AHAmanda Hinkley2 days ago1.0This has to be the worse Enterprise ever. No one ever answers been on hold for an hour trying to extend my daughters rental. This is the 3rd time. I will be renting elsewhere from now on. Do better enterprise cooperate hire more people. This is ridiculous.
- UNUche NgoddyMay 8, 20261.0A very horrible experience with Enterprise with chaotic support. Not even 24 hours after renting a vehicle we experienced a complete flat tire. Very chaotic experience with the customer service who shared to leave the vehicle and we would receive an uber ride to the nearest location. We never received the text for the uber. We ended up on a chat with customer service for 20-30 minutes. When we finally were able to get to the Griffen location. They claim they were never notified about our approach. We were on the way to graduation for our relative. They now have no vehicle for us and no time frame. This is such a disappointment as very long loyal customers of Enterprise.

Call customer service 3 times on 4/15/26 and each time they said a distract manager would contact me because I told Theo that I refused to argue with him. I reserved an intermediate car and he tried to put me in a compact car. The lady offered to take the compact car and give me the intermediate car because of my height. He made me wait an additional 35 minutes. Save your time and patience. Go elsewhere or to another location.
