  Staff is wonderfully kind BUT they will not commit to ensuring you get the vehicle type that you reserve. What they have is what you get! Even with a reservation weeks in advance. They did ultimately, after many phone calls , no return phone calls from management as requested, provide me with an similar car that was requested but then it showed up with an absolutely horrible stench from cigarette smoke, even though they advertise "no smoking" in the policy along with a "no smoking" sticker beside the shifter. I have spent my own money on a new cabin air filter for the car and have placed OdoBan air fresheners inside and it's not helping at all. I have tried to get a replacement vehicle from them but yet again, no follow up return phone calls. So here I sit with a rental car that I can't stand to sit in with no options. Would not recommend this location and maybe not Enterprise as a company for rental!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Enterprise Branch 0344! From start to finish, the team was welcoming, personable, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel valued and took the time to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across service that feels this genuine. I truly appreciate the experience and would definitely recommend this location!

  Greetings, Overall, the rental was awesome. My issue which is really not bad, is the new program that enterprise has introduced with "checking in online". I am not exactly sure how long ago it started, but it still has some kinks to be worked out. If you're informing me that checking in for my rental online will help with getting me checked in and out the door quicker, then let's ensure the customer that's truly going to happen. I checked in online, but when I arrived at enterprise, I still had to sit and wait after checking in and providing all the documents/information needed. Besides myself, there were only two other customers inside, and probably three to four that were being assisted with a representative outside. From what I saw, they [representatives] were moving them [customers] in and out pretty well. It was as if I hadn't checked in at all. The idea is a very great one that customers look forward to, but it did not happen. But, since it was the first time I was able to try it out with it being unsuccessful with a smooth transition of things getting processed properly and in a timely manner, of course I will definitely try it out again for a better outcome of processing time. On another note, just a suggestion to ensure when cleaning the windshields, there are no streaks or smudges left behind. It can cause accidents [Especially at night] due to the obstruction of view. Thank you, and I look forward to renting from enterprise in the near future.
