  I've thankfully been fortunate enough to not have had to rent a car in this foolish country for just about a couple decades now. Unfortunately, challenging life circumstances had me reserving a vehicle for pickup today. At least, so I thought. It turns out that you must have a $300 deposit placed on hold to even do so. Needless to say, I wasted Uber money to Enterprise and back home FOR NOTHING this morning once I found out the deposit nonsense at the counter. Now I have countless errands that needed to get done today and won't be for the time being. Would NOT recommend any Enterprise location in any city or state.

  its always a 2-3 hour wait to pick up a car you already reserved online. Dont waste your time complaining because corporate just send it back to branch manager but no one ever follows up or cares.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! My elderly mother and aunt rented a car that was extremely dirty, had no gas, and then the AC went out when it is the middle of the summer. This is supposed to be a new vehicle. When they have called the past 2 days there has been no resolve whatsoever to fix this.

  Really dissatisfied!!! If I could give a zero I WOULD!!! The agent that I dealt with didn’t give two cares of my concerns. Are there any other smaller cars? NO. But I walked the lot and saw it for myself. Cracked windshield, dents all over the car, missing hubcap, stains in the seats, dirty windows even after they called themselves detailing it. I needed a car urgently and I was given the low of the low!! Even though I rent from them 90% of the time for in-town and out of town rentals. Let’s just say the location in Griffin, Ga is horrible!!! If I could put a no star I would. Never again!!! Gray mirage vehicle rented.

  Horrible experience at this location not sure who the manager is but there was a lot of lies told to when coming for my reservation. They told me that I made my reservation late, which is completely understandable, but proceeded to tell me that it will be an hour wait for my Vehicle but after over an hour I asked them can they give me an update and they told me that they didn’t have any of The pickup trucks available in their area. I would’ve appreciated honesty and they weren’t honest from the get-go, and could’ve at least taken some accountability. One thing I do appreciate is Isabel the young lady that finally helped me after almost 2 hrs. she was honest and said that I would have to call around. Please if you come to this location, either tell them to be honest about what’s available or prepared to have your time wasted.
