I may never shop at the competitors again. Where as people have been very vague and figure it out yourself they were hands on and literally did not deviate from helping me until they solved my issue and I've never experienced that. Especially from multiple people. My time wasn't wasted, I wasn't ignored, I didn't leave feeling confused or like I need to go to another store. Left with my car issue resolved and feel empowered to take the battery out fully if I need to (Michael helped me pick out the specific tools I needed). Idk what we can do for them.. A raise? More PTO, some tacos maybe? Idk but they need to be appreciated. Keep them! Im not even a people person foreal and left smiling

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
