  They don’t take cash and the workers take forever to come out and collect payment since the card readers also don’t work.

  I was honestly surprised after reading some of the reviews because my experience at this Grayson location was completely different\. I initially came here because the other location I visited was consistently disappointing. The customer service there was poor, clean towels were often unavailable, and the spray bottles used to clean the equipment were frequently empty. After purchasing a membership, I gave that location several chances, but the lack of customer service became too frustrating. The Grayson location was a refreshing change. It was clean, organized, and well stocked with towels and cleaning spray throughout the gym, making it easy to wipe down equipment. The staff also created a much more welcoming atmosphere. I was surprised there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot because my visit was excellent. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this location.
