  I bought a new battery and asked for help with installation. The lady who helped me asked me to wait while she was assisting other customers. Fine, I could see she's busy. However, in the meantime 3 other associates were just hanging around doing nothing, and none of them wanted to help. One even flatly refused when she was asked to help. If that's how your stores are supposed to work then this was the last time you see me cross your doorstep.

  Ahmed from store #3455 was so incredibly RUDE! His tone was condescending and dismissive. 11/21/24 I purchased two batteries and wanted to confirm they were still under warranty. The driver initially started looking up my profile and mentioned to Ahmed that I was looking to do a warranty swap. He stated the policy to the driver, not me, and when I tried to tell him the batteries were in the vehicle in the parking lot. He said I would have to bring them both in. I'm 64 years old. I don't know anything about connecting and in connecting batteries! But I said okay. Then I asked the driver would my profile come up at any store. because others have to e above and beyond to provide customer service. Ahmed stated that was the policy. Every store is different and I could talk to the manager if I wanted. I didn't ask for the manager, I asked if my profile would come up at other stores. I start walking out and Ahmed points out to the manager that I have a question. No, I don't! But his tone. His attitude. I said what store number is this because I will be leaving a Google review. Ahmed said #3455 and could have cared less. What was more surprising was the manager, although he was polite, said very little. At the point that Ahmed brought the manager into the conversation he should have stayed out of it especially since he wasn't being professional. I said to the manager I understand store policies. What I don't understand is treating a customer like they are a bother. Absolutely unnecessary interaction. Not only did I post a review here, but also on Auto Zones, and I called the main number!!
