  I was having some issues with the parts department. As a professional mobile diesel mechanic I've had a few different times where people at the parts department gave me the wrong filters. Once I spoke with Christy who's the manager of the parts department she connect me with Jason. Jason and Jess on a Saturday made sure I got my parts that were overnighted to me. They took excellent care. Heck he wasn't even planned to work and he got that all facilitated and then he set it up and then Jess finished it. I cannot recommend those two more to deal with.

  I had my 2017 Volvo VNL at this location 3 times from January until march of April . I also had it during this same period of times at their Vanguard truck centers in Houston . All 5 times combined, it was for the same issue, a check engine light . They couldn’t figure it out, they tried, but they lack the expertise to properly diagnose the Volvo trucks. After all the trials , time lost in their shops, and the insane amounts of money they have charged me for an issue that they couldn’t figure out / nor repair, I finally took it to Tom Nehl Volvo in Jacksonville, FL and within 2 hours they found the problem, fixed it by the end of the day and never had the check engine light on again. Vanguard truck centers let me down big time, and charged me for repairs that weren’t necessary, completely missed the mark. Don’t waste your time or money at their repair centers, and don’t believe like I did, that the second or third, or fifth time they’ll figure it out.

  I had an excellent experience with Vanguard Truck Center, especially with Shannon Estes. She provided truly outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Shannon was very polite, professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the repair process and updates about my truck. It’s not easy to find people who genuinely care about customers, but Shannon went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, professionalism, and communication made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Shannon, for the amazing support and service. I really appreciate your hard work and respect for drivers.
