  First and foremost I don't normally do Google reviews because I am just a speck in the universe with an opinion. I do understand customer service I do not look for perfection I will say bad points and good points evenly not because I am mad or upset like a little kid. I have used Savannah vanguard before when looking for a Volvo semi truck to purchase and the sales team was very good to me in many ways even discussing certain things around his family vacation but they just didn't have what I wanted in stock or availability at that time so I did buy my Volvo truck from a different vanguard in a different state. Since I have bought my Volvo I have gotten certain parts from the parts department and they have been very helpful as well and I don't say that lightly. This past week I brought my Volvo into vanguard and Savannah in that first had a very poor customer experience in the service department I do understand they had a problem with the phones and computers being down but that was not my issue it was a treatment by the service advisor who checked my truck in and didn't even give me any type of ideal of when my truck would be looked at even for diagnostic yet the people behind me who came in he had a 20 minute conversation about their storage unit and I guess somebody had broken into it. However I did check back on a different day driving an hour plus to get to the Volvo dealership because the phones were down so there was no way to call in I encountered a different service advisor by the name of Shannon who was most professional in every way taking it upon herself too go beyond and get information as well as keep me abreast of any changes or anything that was being done around the truck where I didn't have to keep calling in or driving out there. So although there was a dimmer checking my truck in the service advisor by the name of Shannon really turn the ball game around change the whole tone made me look at the dealership in a different way because before that one bad service advisor experience everyone was always very professional helpful around vanguard Volvo in Savannah. I did talk with one of the service managers about the issue while I was there and I really didn't want to even bring it up because I don't look for perfection perfection is not reality to me. But was encouraged by some of the staff to speak up to the service manager about it and when I had brought up to some of the staff about my experience that kind of rolled their eyes so to speak or gave me an expression that it wasn't just my imagination about that service advisor and that's what kind of prompted me to move forward to speak to the service manager. But I highly recommend if you're taking your vehicle to vanguard Volvo in Savannah to speak with Shannon she will definitely make you feel at home as well as put an extra effort to help you see and understand what's going on with your vehicle while it's under her care all I look for in customer service or somebody who will listen and try to help me basic customer service skills I don't even need professional but what Shannon did was beyond what most people and customer service do I really applaud her

  Shannon Estes has been incredible assisting and guiding me through the process of my truck repairs. Let me just say I’ve saved money because of research and attention to details pertaining to my warranties. She made feel real comfortable advocating on my behalf about my concerns. Rarely I find this type of customer service and satisfaction. Thank you!

  Nicholas Dixon provided great service when I purchased my new semi truck. He answered all my questions and provided the best customer service and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a truck.
