  The customer service at the Pooler GA location is top-notch. In particular, Zachary Denney was so friendly, explained every detail., and was able to resolve an engine light issue that occurred during our trip. We will always recommend Enterprise to our friends and family.

  I was very pleased with the service provided by the Enterprise truck rental agents. They both were very kind and professional and in my opinion went above and beyond their call of duty in making my rental experience a pleasant one. You don’t find many people in the service industry providing good service not even average service anymore. My rental agents displayed the characteristics of owners rather than employees. (Maybe they were owners). You very seldom see such professionalism in today’s work force. I was also well pleased with the cleanliness of the truck that I rented.

Mario was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed.
