  I got stranded in Savannah ga....So I went to a local Enterprise which was Garden City....I rented the car but when done I turned it in in St Marys Ga...I had a balance of $60.58....ive paid it but Sam from Enterprise in Garden City put me on the do not rent list over $60 and because I returned the car to a different Enterprise....Do not rent a car from GARDEN CITY

  Would be zero if allowed. I started friday before last to get a reservation for a pickup truck and as of this morning still never got one. Called everyday last week and this morning just got hung up on multiple times or transferred to a call center that wasnt willing to help.

  Worst rental (or lack thereof) experience ever. Planned a trip out of town and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle they said they didn't have it. They also didn't have ANY other vehicles so I had to walk out with nothing and start my planning over again potentially canceling my trip. I am a very understanding person but I wasnt even met with anything helpful whatsoever. I would give negative stars if I could, this is absolutely unacceptable.

  Showed up with a vehicle confirmation made over a week ago and it was for a pick up truck and no one could tell me why my pickup truck was not waiting for me. They asked me if I was flexible and I said “sure if I can put a motorcycle in the back” because that’s why I rented a pick up truck. The young female wearing dark sunglasses at 5:30 while indoors ran around, acting like she was gonna fix the problem and find a solution for me so I sat down Another couple came in who had arrived at the airport and took an Uber to this location, also with a confirmed vehicle, were told that no vehicle was available, and there were no vehicles to rent and enterprise had the right to overbook and didn’t have to make a call or send an email or anything to the confirmed client. After 30 minutes, I finally asked if anyone was trying to replace the pick up truck or do anything to find a substitute vehicle and I was told “no”. Then I asked how long they were gonna keep me there and not communicate with me their inability to replace my confirmed truck, and no one had an answer. Clearly the brain wheels stopped working at that point. Total shitshow!

  Horrible, horrible experience. Booked a rental car, received an email confirmation. Then another email requesting I check in for my rental vehicle early, which I did. Show up to the location to pick up my car and they are out of cars. WHAT IN THE WORLD?? To which I was told, “we called you to tell you it was not available.” First of all, why am I even able to book if you don’t have a car to rent me? Second, WHERE IS THE URGENCY? If a call was made, why no 2nd call, no voicemail, no email, no text. YOUR CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW WHEN THEY ARE BEING CANCELLED ON. Total incompetence from this company. Completely ruined my travel plans and I will be missing the event I was going to. Holy dysfunctional. Never coming within 10 miles of an enterprise again.
