  It saddens me to say after 5 years of using enterprise I have to leave a negative review. I was recently in a accident & after the insurance company sent over my information they still would not allow me to rent a car. I went back two days in a row and was still not able to figure it out. I provided the lease as requested and my new drivers license with matching addresses and the assistant manager would not accept it. On the first day I was in the office before 12, and he still said he was closing and would not work with me; and today when he saw me he refused to help me because he was on a personal call.

  From dates: 07/06/2026-08/04/2026. I had an excellent experience at this Enterprise location thanks to Kami and Sydney! Even though I ran into a few issues with the rental, Kami went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left the site. Both of these employees were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional. Because of the outstanding service from those two, I will definitely continue giving this location my business!

  I am thrilled to say the customer service at this location is most definitely above and beyond expectations!!!! I know I’ve spoken with everyone there (I stay calling) and everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. Kami I personally want to thank you so much for your kindness you were the very first person I made contact with and have been only 1 call away to assist, car breakdown is rough and we all know repairing can cost a lot as well but one thing I can honestly say through this process enterprise offers the best rates as well as the best customer service,this team makes me smile I watch how they interact with others as well and they treat everyone with kindness!!!! You never know what someone is going through and through those times to come in contact with pleasant people is a big deal!!!!
