  Went with my friends for a boat rental and met Ed. He is by far the best employee there. He helped us with renting a boat, made the process super easy, and didn’t make things seem confusing for me and my friends. He made my experience there so much better by helping us out today.   We rented a boat from here while on family vacation In Helen and couldn’t have been happier. The boat was ready to go when we arrived and all staff were very nice and helpful. The staff made a pot of coffee just so I could take a fresh cup on the boat with me. We spent the day pulling kids on the tube and enjoyed bbq for lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants on the lake. Highly recommend renting a boat here you will not be disappointed.

  I rented a deck boat for four hours on Sunday, July 5, 2026. The directions to the marina were clear, and the check-in process was smooth. However, after we boarded the boat, we were informed that the boat's speakers were not working. We were told they had conveniently stopped working that same day. I asked if another boat was available, but unfortunately, it had already been rented out. Later, we discovered that the USB charging ports on the boat also were not functioning. One of the passengers had a low phone battery, so this was another advertised feature that we were unable to use. I asked if any discount or partial refund could be offered due to these issues, but my request was declined. We also had to return to the dock because our anchor became stuck on something underwater. I understand this was not the company's fault. However, it would have been appreciated if someone could have come out to assist us rather than requiring us to use additional fuel to return to the dock. Under normal circumstances, I would overlook minor inconveniences, but I spent several hundred dollars on the boat rental and nearly another hundred dollars refueling it. For the price paid, I expected the boat's advertised features to be functional or, at the very least, for the company to make an effort to address the issues ahead of our arrival. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to provide any accommodation when multiple features of the boat were unavailable.

  Great service and communication we rented a 115 horsepower pontoon fits about 10 people with a mix of kids very comfortably. I do wish the boat had more cup holders.
