  I love coming here for my oil change. Took my wife's SUV and my truck there this morning and i was only there for 30 minutes total! Highly recommend. Guys are fast and friendly

  I just had such a fantastic experience that I simply *had* to share it!!!!You know how it goes – sometimes you need an oil change, and it can feel like just another chore, right? Well, I decided to give the Express Oil Change location off Jesse Jewel Parkway a shot, and seriously, I'm so glad I did! From the moment I pulled in, the whole process was incredibly smooth. My vehicle was in the hands of two absolute superstars, Brandon and Hayden. I honestly can't rave enough about the incredible customer service they provided. They were super friendly, efficient, and made the entire visit surprisingly pleasant. It wasn't just about getting the job done; they really went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of. So, if you're ever in the market for any vehicle servicing – be it an oil change or anything else – you absolutely, positively *have* to check out Express Oil Change on Jesse Jewel Parkway. You truly can't go wrong with them!

  Jason is an amazing person. He put my brakes on for free because I couldn’t get my rotors fixed with my brakes. They are fast workers as well, by the time we were done talking about the rotors my car was finished and ready to go.

  I went to get an oil change and they told me I had an oil leak everywhere and needed 2 repairs. The total estimate including oil change, diagnostics and repairs (for the 2 leaks) was over $800. They could not finish the repair that day so I opted to do the first half here and get it finished closer to where I live. When I went to complete the second half of the repair elsewhere, they told me that there was no residue meaning that there had likely not been an oil leak. Even though they cleaned the oil, there would have likely still been evidence of an oil leak. Additionally, there was not a second leak meaning the second repair was not needed. Im very lucky the other place was honest about there not being a leak in the oil pan. While it could have been an honest mistake and employees were respectful, I will not be returning to this place.
