  Mi único idioma es el español y eso está bien no está mal que sepa solo ese idioma pero pareciera que aquí les molestará eso, me trataron muy mal les pongo el traductor para que me ayuden o así comunicarnos y esta gente no me lee desvían la mirada me hacen sentir menos no atienden a nadie y me mandan a sentar y quedé esperando casi 1 hora con UN BEBÉ. sinceramente la peor experiencia iba a rentar 3 carros pero mejor decidí irme a otro lado me hicieron sentir menos muy mal por hay para los hispanos nuestro dinero también vale.

  I have used this location many times over the years. A few years back. It was fine but the last few years it has gone way downhill the employees are nice, but they’re shorthanded. There are never any cars available. Today I had to wait while they brought a car from across town. They didn’t have any on the lot. This is the same thing that happened six months ago when I rented. I find it Bizarre !! that they cannot keep cars on the lot.

  Rental process was very smooth and easy. The customer service was great! I do not like the new policy in which you can’t return the car after hours.

  I rented a car for a full day within the city, and it was easy to manage stops throughout the day. Parking assistance wasn’t needed, but the compact size of the vehicle made it convenient in crowded areas. It helped me complete multiple errands without stress.

  I wish I had read the reviews before reserving a vehicle and this recent experience just confirmed why I haven’t rented here since 2020. Upon arrival, the vehicle I reserved for at least six passengers wasn’t available which seems to be a common complaint in many other reviews. We were on a time crunch, but what choice did I have but to wait at that point. As I waited I heard the employees openly discussing past renters and their issues..very unprofessional. When checking, out, the employee surprised me with a $300 security deposit that I was not prepared to pay. After speaking with the manager, the general manager and then receiving no help, I had no choice but to find another vehicle at the last minute pushing my travel time even further behind. The Enterprise location in Gainesville is convenient to my daughter’s apartment but in the future I will be traveling another 35 minutes to do business with Hertz. A company that provides professional service with no surprise fees at pick up. Update: after chatting with a representative, it does show at the bottom of the confirmation email that a $300 deposit will be charged on specific vehicles. It seems that happens with everyone though. It would be nice to add that amount to the total on the confirmation and not have to look for it in the fine print. Also if a representative takes a call that should be mentioned. I did end up renting with Avis out of Cumming, Ga and the experience was very pleasant.
