  Got a confirmation email for my reservation droped my truck off for service and showed up with an Uber only to find out they had no vehicles available for me and no plan to get one.,which I know is common in this industry. But they did not apologize, said it was my fault, made for failing to anticipate the limitations of their reservation system and taking a confirmation seriously. almost no effort to fix the problem, gave me massive attitude. Then I called cooperate who promised to fix the problem but never called me back and took another hour of my time. I called their competitor who said they get these calls every day from Enterprise customers. They got me a car right away for the same price. WILL NEVER WASTE TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS AGAIN!!!!! Do yourself a favor and book with a real rental car company. Not sure what the experiment was at Enterprise but it has failed and you should not waste your time on it

  Called to make a reservation and spoke to Natalia. She was VERY helpful. She explained the rental fee for the week. Ended up calling again to confirm reservation, she then mentioned to me that there was a deposit $300 deposit, and asked if I was using credit or debit. I let her know I wasn’t sure, probably credit. (when I spoke to her the first time I let her know I was unfamiliar with the process of renting a vehicle- she gave me details like “you must be over 25 to drive the vehicle, cost of tax is included”). I get to enterprise and she asked me to provide a water bill, electricity bill or mortgage in my name linked to the address on my account. I am not the homeowner, so I have none of these things. Natalia was very kind over the phone and seemed to be helpful but in the end it was an extremely stressful waste of my time. I have had a difficult day going back and forth with car issues and was on a time limit. Overall, I believe the issue was lack of training. Natalia remained very professional throughout the interaction, but it absolutely ruined my day and wasted my time. Donald, please train your team to inform your customers on their responsibility in renting a vehicle. Thank you.

  The drivers were very pleasant, and the associates running the desk were doing a wonderful job with the multiple customers when I was picking up my rental and dropping off the rental. Had great customer service.

  Pete was awesome he takes pride in his job and it shows. I highly recommend this enterprise over any others. I’ve never been treated with so much respect he makes sure every customer is taken care of.
