  Everytime we "make an appointment" they take an hour. Every vehicle we request they do not have and the WORST part is the cars are supposed to be no smoking but they smell like an entire ash tray. Regional Manager really needs to stop in and check these vehicles. This has happened at this location and the oakwood location.We have used several times in cumming ga and have never once had an issue with the requested car or the smell. This is a waste of money.

  Made a reservation and confirmed the reservation for them to tell when I get there they didn't have the vehicle or any other vehicle

  We made a reservation online for a specific vehicle size and time to pick up. We arrived right on time at the location, they said “ We don’t have anything available for the type of vehicle service ya’ll requested”. We literally received a call yesterday from them to confirm the vehicle reservation. How is this possible? No vehicle available today ? We have a trip planned for the weekend and now, what we do ? Their irresponsibility just messed up our vacation schedule. We have hotel reservations and other activities booked. Is not just offering any other car available, there’s a specific vehicle reservation made because is based on family needs. Worse experience ever!

  Terrible, 0 stars if possible. Reserved over 1 month in advance. Claudia called me on Thursday to confirm. I called Friday evening to make sure Van was there. They said yes and see us Sat. Morning. Called 1 hour before pick up to say sorry can't accommodate us. Acted like oh well happens all the time. Completely ruined start of family vacation. Cost me 1st night of stay at our destination. Branch was supposed to call me back in 30 min. Of course didn't happen. Called customer service also to call us back in 1 hour or less. Never happened. Total disregard for any kind of resolution. Absolutely will be be moving this up the ladder. 1 pissed off customer!

  I would dive zero stars if that was possible. Reserved a van for vacation over a month ago and they call less than a hour before pick up to say they don't have it. Not only that they didn't call other stores or anything. What is the point of reservations if they don't hold the car. My husband even called the night before to double check and they said they had it. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible way to run a business.
