  We made reservations a week in advance for a Toyota Camry (full-size car) and we're told they would hold it only an hour after the pick up time, we scheduled to pick it up at 9:30 and we arrived at 9:45. As we were pulling in I seen someone leaving with a Toyota Camry and right then I had a feeling they had just rented out our car, sure enough we get to the counter to be told they don't have the Toyota Camry and the only options they had in 'our class' were a Volkswagen Jetta which isn't even in the (full-size class) it's in a downgrade (standard class) which should be cheaper but no we actually ended up paying more than what we were told at booking and didn't get the car we made reservations for, if anything we should have been upgraded at no extra charge. *According to Enterprise Rent-A-Car policy, if they give away your reserved vehicle class, they are required to provide you with an upgrade at no additional charge. This policy was not honored and I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity they have shown. I will be looking to rent from other companies going forward.

  If you want to rent a vehicle. Go the Enterprise car rental in Fort Oglethorpe. Georgia and see a very professional and helpful gentleman by the name of (Q). He does what he says he'll do (when others promise things and then do something else) and is a pleasure to do business with.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. They clearly explained the rental terms and answered all my questions. The return process was also smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would gladly rent from Enterprise again.

  The car was a nice car. It was new so I was very happy with the car, but I was a little disappointed when they said that my credit card was declined and when I called the credit card company, they said they never even ran it through so someone else had to run it and then it was accepted so either the young lady was not trained or she did not understand. I was also disappointed that they claim that two different people Tried to clean the windshield that they could not get the dead bugs off and then they handed me the glass cleaner and a rag, and I went out and sprayed the windshield and it came right off I have used enterprise so many times in the past and absolutely loved them, but this experience was bad and I don’t know if the company’s changing or if I just got a hold of a bad office but all in all the company has always been really good to me
