I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding misleading information from your customer service team under Reservation #13536, which caused my family severe financial and logistical distress. On July 4th, my Rivian R1S got a flat tire. The tow driver used temporary "Fix-a-Flat" sealant to try and get us home, but ultimately towed it to Firestone. The next morning, Firestone said they couldn't repair it due to the chemical sealant and didn't have a replacement tire. We decided to rent a car at the airport to drive home to Florida. En route, I called Mavis Tire. I explicitly told your phone agent that the vehicle was a Rivian R1S and that Fix-a-Flat had been used. Your agent confidently assured me that Mavis could absolutely fix the tire. Based entirely on that promise, we turned our Uber around and paid out-of-pocket to tow the vehicle from Firestone to Mavis. Upon arrival, the local mechanics immediately refused the service for the exact same reason stating they cannot repair tires treated with chemical sealant. The shop staff confirmed I had been misinformed by a centralized corporate agent, not the local store. Your agent's false confirmation subjected my family to a wild goose chase and unnecessary towing/Uber fees while stranded. Ironically, International Tire & Batteries was able to properly clean and patch the tire so we could safely drive home. I will no longer use Mavis Tire and strongly urge you to train your phone agents never to promise specific repair capabilities that local shops cannot deliver.

We were in the middle of a multi-state road trip when our van began wobbling pretty intensely. It was after 5pm and the start of a holiday weekend and every place we tried to take it to was either closed or had a 2 day wait to even be seen. Thank goodness we found Mavis who was open until 8:30pm and told us to bring it right in. They had us diagnosed and repaired in under an hour and we are now back on the road!! Aiden was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, courteous and went out of his way to ensure the best experience possible. Thank you Mavis!!

We were traveling to a funeral out of state when our tire sensor came on for all 4 tires. Needless to say we were frustrated! Since we bought our tires at a Mavis in our hometown we immediately googled the nearest one to us. Angie and Destin were so kind and helpful. Destin found the problem, computer setting of course, Angie made sure our tires were properly inflated and we were on our way at no charge. So thankful for kind competent people.

Told over the phone that they would install new pads that I would supply and even made the appointment for the same day. Once I got there they showed no such appointment and sad the "call center" must have taken the call. I completely understand that they do not install outside parts but that was not vocalized when making the appointment with someone that did not sound anything like a call center. They seem professional and that's why I gave them 2 stars but due to the complete failure on an employee for making an appointment over the phone 2 Stars is it.

I'm currently sharing details on my experience. Concluding my warranty on my vehicle. I recently had a service done on april nineteenth, and I wanted to come in and exchange my warranty, because I was still hearing issues with the front rotors and squeaking and the guy on the phone at the office who's so called the manager proceeds to tell me that I have to pay another $218 fee for them to replace them for the labor. When it specifically states that the labor warranty is either 12 months or 12000 miles. Whichever comes first and then the labor warranty is also covered as well. On the printed receipt and he proceeds to hang up in my face and I didn't show because obviously I was visibly upset and I didn't visit the store because I knew that would have went south. But just with checking the website, everything with the warranty checks out. And he just refused to want to replace anything for free. Not also to mention, I initially paid five hundred and forty six dollars up front when getting the service done.Initially, he overcharged me and charged me twice for front rotors, not realizing on the phone, and these calls are recorded stating the pricing of what I was actually supposed to be charged, didn't give me a physical breakdown on the receipt. It shows that I was being charged twice for front rotors. He then explained on the phone that it was a $119 for each axle. As a woman, I have never felt so discriminated against in the car mechanic field. How they try to get over on you.And pull a wool over your eyes and beat your head in as a woman. It's really frustrating and infuriating that there are men out there. Who specifically use options like this? For someone who actually needs service, and they take advantage of them. It's utterly disgusting as a business for you guys to have someone like that, who represents the business. For someone who works for your company, this has caused me emotional distress. And it sounds like I may be contacting my lawyer for more than just my warranty replacement
