  Dylan was the one that changed my oil and answered all my questions. At the Fort Oglethorpe location. He was very helpful, respectful and had all my answers for all my questions. Thank you Dylan for being such a good employee. Hope I get you next time.

  Great customer service they fix my connecting cables under my truck for the $83 dollar visit another car shop tried to charge me $2,500 for parts and labor for same job that was a a 25 minute fix. I will be back and recommend them to family and friends they have service you can trust, they build relationships and make you feel welcome.

  I’ve been coming here for several years after getting tired of being overcharged by their competitors. Service is always quick and easy and this visit with Jeromy as the tech was no exception. He took time to listen and evaluate my concerns and was prompt and courteous. Will be taking all my family’s vehicles here for years to come.

  These are my go-to guys, every time. My most recent trip was a couple of days ago; Noah, the assistant manager, greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude, and was with me the whole time, walking me through and explaining the process. I never felt uncomfortable, and was able to stay in my car the whole time. There are always coupons out there for any type of oil change with Valvoline…pretty sure they even have a ladies day. :) For worry and hassle free oil changes, don’t hesitate to take your 4 wheeled baby to these guys. They’ll take care of you, for sure.

  We had an appointment for brakes at 1pm. We arrived before our appointment time and were told to pull into one of the oil change bays. Once it was our turn, they asked if we were there for an oil change after we had already stated what we had come in for in the first place. They brought over a mechanic to give us a quote and after asking us what problems we were having with them the mechanic told us well, since you're not having vibrations and your car is only at 70,000 miles, you shouldn't need any brakes. We explained again how the car had been braking and he started arguing with us. The guy finally agreed to put it up on the lift and actually look at them and after not even 10 minutes came back and told us "oh no everything is fine you still have a good 10,000 miles on them". We left and brought it to a near by store and after looking at everything, it was found that the pads were extremely worn down and the rotors had grooves already in them. Brakes are being replaced as I write this. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend going here for anything and they won't be getting our buisness ever again.
