- RPRuss PetzJun 20, 20261.0I brought my 2010 Cadillac there because I thought I needed an alignment. When they put the car up on the rack, they came back to me and said they could not align the car because it needed outer ball joints. They gave me an estimate of $885 before tax. On the rest of the planet two outer ball joints installed is less than $200. I know from working on calls for many years that that wasn't true because the car only has 60,000 miles on it. I brought the car to two other places and they both said the same thing. There is nothing wrong with tie outer ball joints. All you need was air in your right front tire and that's why the car was pulling. These guys at express are either ignorant or they tried to rip off a senior citizen. Be very careful about this place. They are thieves.
