  Trey was fantastic but the sales managers were slow and gave me numbers that did not add up. There were additional items on the car that were not included in the MSRP

  I had my scheduled free oil/ filter change for my 2021 Nissan Murano (oil changes came free with the purchase of my vehicle in May 2025). I had to drop my vehicle off the night before my appointment, due to my work schedule. Kasey Hall was very accommodating, and assured me that my car would be locked in the gate for the night until my service the next morning. I also asked him about an alignment and tire rotation, which was not added on my scheduled appointment. Kasey assured me that he would get it done, and notify me once it was completed. He did! He called me the next morning to let me know that all of the work I requested was complete, and my car was ready for pick up at my convenience. My husband & I picked the car up when I got off work later that day. Kasey was courteous and professional with every aspect of customer service and making sure that I was satisfied with the service I received from Volume Chevrolet. I was, and I will return for all other cars services…and no offense to anyone else, I will request Kasey. Thank you!
