  We had a great experience with Torrey at Volume Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helpful with us finding the car that we wanted. The blacked out Chevy Equinox….LOVE IT!!! He spent hours with us and was very patient and polite with our questions and needs. Wish I could give him ten stars. I love my new car and happy with his professional service he provided us.

  Absolutely the best people! Torrey is so amazing and I am 100% happy with my purchase. They have some really great deals that are too good to pass up. I loved my truck I traded in and had just purchased it in 2024 but the benefits and the great deal for a new 2026 truck was too perfect. From bumper to bumper, tires, windshields, etc it is all covered!

  I had a very frustrating experience during the buying process due to a lack of upfront transparency around pricing and add-ons. The vehicle was originally listed at $46,988, and that is what was presented at the salesman’s desk on the first paperwork I signed. However, by the time I reached the finance stage, the final amount financed had increased significantly due to additional charges and products that were not clearly explained or itemized at any point in the process. I questioned the price of the truck at the time, and the salesman stated it was the “listed price.” After signing the initial paperwork, I later noticed on the buyer’s order that there was a significant price increase before any taxes, extended warranties, or dealer fees. Even after asking about it, I was never provided anything showing or clearly explaining the “add-ons,” which resulted in a significantly higher financed amount than what was originally represented. This lack of upfront transparency made it difficult to make a fully informed decision. With that said, I do want to acknowledge that Joey and Simon, even though they were not the salesmen I directly dealt with, were both great and professional throughout the interaction. They were respectful, helpful, and stood out as positive parts of the experience

  In my top two of great car buying experiences! Stopped here just on a whim during my car search and found exactly what I was looking for. Joey was super helpful and answered any questions I had. He was very good at explaining about everything included in the car and Volumes warranties. Even the finance man, Mr. John provided a great customer experience. All around the people, and I mean everyone i encountered at Volume were very friendly, helpful, and I was able to get what I wanted. That to me speaks volumes. So two thumbs up for Joey and Volume Chevrolet and cheers to my new car!

  My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Volume Chevrolet! Mr. Wilson was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood our options, and never made us feel pressured. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but Mr. Wilson made the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. His excellent customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. We are very happy with our two new vehicles and grateful for all of his help.
