I shop this place very often because I live in Atlanta but This place is very expensive to buy parts . I came here to buy just Bumper BRACKETS they try to charge me over 360$ just for one set and I needed two because I got a new plastics bumper for my old truck anyways they try to charge me $360 each just for the brackets the good thing I didn’t buy it and left and went to other stores paid less than half price. Please avoid this scammers …. Paid $240 but they were trying to charge me over $700

Used to be open from 7-12 and had decent management but now who knows what happened. Never has the parts I need pretty sure they have to transfer them from other dealerships so might as well deal with them since they're actually open and don't apply outrageous freight charges on top of the suggested msrp. Never has basic essentials like batteries in stock, the salesmen are very knowledgeable but if you have to special order something they don't specialize in then good luck getting your money back. The management has had a whole paradigm shift to getting as much money as possible with as minimal effort put in. The salespeople on the front counter look absolutely miserable and are zombies from being overworked constantly but they somehow still do a great job. Treat your customers better internally and externally then you'll be far better off as a company instead of having to reduce hours which is a major inconvenience.

If you're considering bringing your truck here, don't expect exceptional customer service. They have a sign posted in the driver lounge talking about great customer service, but in my experience, those are just words. I arrived Wednesday morning and checked in. After inspecting my truck, they told me I needed a new DPF system. I said, "Okay, I have NTP." They told me they would send everything to NTP for approval. At 3:30 p.m. that same day, NTP requested additional information from the shop. However, nothing was done until the following day. When I checked in Thursday morning, I was told my claim was on hold because they had to complete additional work before sending the information to NTP. They also claimed they had moved my truck ahead of four other vehicles the previous day. I don't believe that explanation. I asked to speak with the manager. He told me they might be able to send everything NTP requested that day. I explained that I was not willing to sit there until Monday waiting. Based on everything that happened, I believe they prioritized four customers paying cash over my NTP warranty claim. NTP claims require more paperwork and the shop has to wait longer for payment, so it seemed like my truck was pushed aside while they completed the cash-paying jobs first. On Friday at 8:40 a.m., I called to ask whether they had sent everything NTP requested, including photos of the inlet and outlet of the DPF and the required part numbers. The shop told me they had. I immediately called NTP, and they told me they had not received the required photos. I asked to speak with the manager again around 10:30 a.m. He insisted everything had been sent and said I just needed to wait for NTP to receive it. At noon, I contacted NTP again. They told me they still had not received everything. They even sent another request to the shop asking for: • An itemized estimate with part numbers and pricing. • Detailed technician notes explaining the cause of the failure. • Photos of the failed DPF, including the inlet and outlet. I went back to the service desk and told them NTP was still missing the required information. The employee told me to wait because the claim had been approved. Then, around 2:00 p.m., she came back and said they actually needed authorization to open the DPF system so they could take the required photos for NTP, but there was no one available to do that until Monday.but in the morning 10:30 am they told me they send that Photos of the failed DPF, including the inlet and outlet so they are lying to me. At that point, I had enough. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was being given inaccurate or conflicting information. Every time I checked with shop, their story was different from what the NTP was telling me. Rather than continue waiting through the weekend, I decided to pick up my truck and take it to another repair shop. This was a frustrating experience because most of the delays could have been avoided with honest communication and timely submission of the required paperwork. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this shop based on my experience.
