  I flew in to Atlanta to pick up my truck went and met with him everything checked out the way they said Terry was great to work with took me to a hotel. I had to wait a night to get it and pick me up and brought me back to the dealership the next day everything was great.

  vanguard used truck business, is horrible i have to say something. I bought a 2019 FRGHT Once i got done with all pepaworks. I was able to picked up my truck from vanguard used truck sale. Engine light turn on right away within 20 miles. with 2 DPF code which is cost me easily between 5k-6k. Make sure do not Buy used truck from vanguard used truck sale.   If there were a way to give this company zero stars, I would. I only gave one star because that is the lowest option available. I use Vanguard mainly because I have a Volvo truck and there are not many mechanics that service them, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service here. In the past four months, I have brought my truck in at least three times, with each visit costing close to $10,000. Despite that, the lack of communication and urgency in getting the truck repaired is completely unacceptable. Every time I pick it up, a new issue comes up, and none of it is covered under the previous warranty. I have never experienced anything like this. Each time I speak with someone, I get a different answer. One person says the truck is being worked on, while another says it is not. Every visit results in my truck being out of service for at least a week, which causes me to lose money and puts me at risk of losing drivers. I am not sure if this is a company wide issue or specific to the Ruskin Avenue location in Forest Park, but either way, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you can afford extended downtime and repeated expenses.
