Rental process is EXTREMELY easy. The Mngr Chris and his team very professional and a blast to interact with. Trucks are clean and ready in a prompt manner. Best if you reserve as they rent very fast.

Awful experience! Reset / Rented a truck …. Then waited for 3 hours before it was ready ! Absolutely NO communication that wasn’t initiated by me. There is mud on mirrors, mirrors don’t work, had to ask them to sweep out the truck bed as well. The manager at this location is horrible and clearly incompetent !! Very poor customer service skills… actually NONE at all !!! There are very few sources for large truck rentals and they clearly ABUSE this ! PATHETIC!!!

Elvis provided outstanding customer service throughout my truck rental experience. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the rental before I left. What could have been a stressful moving day was made much easier because of his positive attitude and attention to detail. He was efficient without making me feel rushed, and I truly appreciated how courteous and helpful he was. Employees like Elvis make a real difference. He represented Enterprise exceptionally well, and I would gladly rent from this location again because of the excellent service I received.
